Visited twice, both times in summer over the last two years Excellent location, a useful but not too far walk from the town centre Good rooms, strong facilities. Excellent on-site staff and the owners are friendly. Excellent breakfasts! Almost a home from home. Recommended very highly

My wife and I had a wonderful stay over New Year's Eve weekend at Inn at Cook Street in Provincetown. Everything about the place is first class--from the room--to the common area--to the staff. The biggest and most pleasant surprise was the outstanding breakfast prepared by Andrew. We have been on the Cape for 30 years and didn't think there...

We spent two nights here. The location is quiet but easy to get to downtown. Our room was comfortable and very well appointed. Loved the fireplace! Patrick and John are wonderful hosts and Andrew makes fabulous breakfasts. The guys were helpful with suggestions and reservations and made us feel special. Look forward to visiting when the gardens are in bloom!

Was just looking at pictures of a wonderful reunion weekend recently spent with friends in Provincetown while staying at the Inn at Cook Street. What a beautiful Inn, each room meticulously decorated and having its own character, yet every room is inviting and so very comfortable. Had a reunion of old high school friends in Provincetown. We stayed at the Inn at Cook St. Pat and John were our hosts and they outdid themselves making us feel right at home. Their morning chef Andrew prepared incredible breakfasts for us all and left us home baked goodies for when we returned to the Inn after a day...

I can honestly say that my stay at the Inn at Cook Street was one of the nicest and most memorable experiences of my life. You see, I was married there this past October right in the beautiful garden in back of the inn. I had an intimate ceremony (16 people in total) and there was more than enough room....

Stayed with spouse as part of a group and had a spectacular time. There are reasons this inn consistently receives exceptional ratings. It is meticulously kept. Each room is unique, but all appear very comfortable. Innkeepers Patrick and John go out of their way to make guests feel at home. Food is prepared by chef Andrew, who treats each plate...

My husband and I recently got married and his gift to me was a weekend getaway at what we now call, "Our special Place". Pat and John have really outdone it. We are always warmly welcomed with the perfect amount of hospitality. We never have to worry about anything when we stay here. This past trip, we even had chocolates...
