Stayed in the studio for 5 nights with my wife...very clean and spacious...so close to everything! My only "complaints": shower is VERY small and the studio could use some updating; the decor and appliances are quite dated...but everything is functional, so I guess that is what matters...this is not a B&B so don't expect breakfast! That's why you have a...

We really enjoyed the bright and cheery, well-appointed cottage setting replete with original art and our own outdoor sitting area. We couldn't believe how peaceful and quiet our room was for our very central location. Rose Acre is our new favorite place to stay and we hope to return soon! Maria & Laura Rhode Island

My friend and I stayed here for two nights mid-week this August. I was excited to find an affordable and well reviewed place right in the heart of Ptown for $150 inclusive/night. I'd like to start by writing that we got lucky when Rose and Carol had a 2 night opening just when we needed it. They usually require a...

It's a gem! Very quiet, beautiful yard and garden, the units are decorated with original artwork- quintessential Provincetown. The owners, Carol and Rose have created a very special place.

My girlfriend and I just returned from a week's vacation in Ptown. We stayed at Rose Acre, a perfectly situated small women's guesthouse located just steps away from the center of town. We stayed in the "penthouse" which turned out to be a 3 bedroom unit, with a large kitchen and central living room which contained a library filled with...

I stayed at Rose Acre with my girlfriend last weekend. We had the cottage off from the house. It was PERFECTION! A kitchen large enough to cook anything you may want (stove, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, etc.), an eating area, a bedroom with a perfect sized bed, cable TV, closet, dresser, end table, two chairs, and a small bathroom. I...

We spent Memorial day weekend at Rose Acre, which is a small guesthouse (5 rooms, one cottage) owned by Rose and Carol, and older lesbian couple. It was an absolutely fantastic place. Our room was huge, clean, with a big kitchen and bathroom--great for eating in. There is a small gardened yard for sunbathing or bbq's, and, since Carol and...
