Stayed at the Lotus, which is so close to the pier. The hospitality was wonderful, the room cute and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

There is no harbor view. Public parking is one block away--at the harbor. We normally visit in April so I can not be helpful with noise level on Commercial Street. The Inn itself is one of the nicest I have stayed in.
