My wife and I had never visited a bed and breakfast before and were not totally sure what to expect. Frank and Kathleen made us feel right at home, and they created an atmosphere of fun and friendship that made us feel like we were saying bye to family when it was time to leave. Kathleen's Kottage is homey, but... More

We found this absolutely wonderful b&b on trip advisor because of the incredible reviews and were amazed that it is even better than described. We were lucky to get a room due to a last minute cancellation over the weekend. The rooms are perfect, clean spacious and cozy. Bathrooms are ideal with double sinks and huge showers. There's even a... More

We stayed with Kathleen and Frank about two weeks ago for a destination wedding in Edgartown. This was our first experience of a B&B. I love breakfast, so I was sold on the other reviews on here. They were correct. Kathleen's breakfast was amazing...French toast one day, frittata another day along with baked cinnamon rolls, scones and Starbucks coffee. We... More

My friend and I and my senior Lab stayed with Kathleen and Frank two weeks ago and had a lovely time at their B&B. They were extremely kind to my dog and treated her (and us) like family. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, the deck on which we ate was lovely and it is in a great location... More

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! After much research, we decided to book our getaway at Kathleen's Kottage. We booked in February and I have to say, the entire experience couldn't have been easier. Kathleen was very responsive when I was inquiring about dates & prices and she was just so warm and gracious that you felt like you were dealing... More

My wife and I stayed from July 1st-3rd. From the first time I called Kathy to book Kathleen and Frank were warm, welcoming and inviting. It was like we were spending a few days with old friends. All of that coupled with a great room (Millie), and Kathy's amazing breakfast each morning made for a wonderful stay. They have set... More

Kathleen's Kottage was awesome! It reminded me of my grandmother's home -- warm, clean, inviting, and friendly. The homemade breakfast that Kathy prepared every morning was especially delicious. Additionally, you couldn't ask for a better location as you could walk to the beach and anywhere in town. Kudos to Kathy and Frank!!

This was our second time staying at Kathleen's Kottage and could not imagine staying anywhere else. Kathleen and Frank are wonderful hosts and their B&B is just as wonderful. The place is spotlessly clean and I am a neat freak, so it takes a lot to please me. The property is extremely well maintained inside and out. The location is... More

My husband and I stayed 2 nights and couldn't have been happier with everything! We stayed in the Millie, which was immaculate and so charming. Kathleen and Frank were so friendly and a wealth of information about the island. Breakfast was amazing, Kathleen makes everything from scratch! I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in a few days of... More
