In town for a family affair, we only stayed one night, we had a room upstairs. The room was clean, adequately provided with basics (iron, fridge, safe and blowdryer), but the room was very hot. We were staying during an unseasonably warm Feb wkend, but even lowering the thermostat, we ended up opening the window all night. The bed was...

I wanted to support a small, local inn rather than the chains I have stayed in on my several trips to Noho, so decided to give the Autumn Inn a try. The price was about the same. The exterior is lovely and fits into the residential neighborhood nicely. The room was very basic but the quilt on the bed was...

I have stayed here several times, as I LOVE Northampton but do not like the prices of downtown hotels. The Autumn Inn is adequate for a good nights sleep, a 20 minute walk to downtown and their free continental breakfast is good, plus the breakfast lady is super sweet!

Like a number of other reviewers, I stayed here since I got a cheap rate from a discount travel site. If I actually had to pay full price, I would have probably lowered my review a notch or so. It's not a horrible place, but it's important to know that it is essentially a motel so, if you're expecting a...

We had to stay at the Inn because of weather conditions. People are nice, The place is a little dated but everything was clean and in good working conditions. The front desk lady accommodated us on a first floor room, as requested. Every room has a parking in front. Nice eating area with a huge fireplace. The price was very...

I have been in several Hotels, Motels & Inns. The Autumn Inn is definitely not a 3 Stars hotel and not a 2.5 Stars. You might as well stayed in a Motel 6, Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn or the Quality Inn. Let's start with the good thing about the Autumn Inn. It's located near Smith college campus & about one...

Terrible overpriced dump. The room is dark, musty and looks like it hasn't been updated in 20 years. The walls are thin and I was awakened by guests waking on the floor above me. The TV service is terrible. The bathroom is tiny. Could not wait to get out of there. Thankfully only stayed one night.

This hotel is rather dated, but convenient to Smith College. Stayed there 3 nights to attend a family wedding; room had dormer windows & One window had an air conditioning unit in it. Therefore there wasn't too much light. Out of all the family members for some reason we happen to get a larger room located at the end of...

We had a wedding and needed a place to stay, I booked this through Priceline and got an amazing deal. The room was cozy and comfortable. The room was a decent size and had all the comforts one would need for a short stay. The staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and breakfast was very good.

As someone else mentioned, the smell of mildew in the lobby was really strong. Thankfully, we didn't find it as strong in the room, but the smell was definitely there. The room is a fine size, had a working TV, wifi and was clean--except the carpet which did smell and just seemed dirty. The bathroom was okay--serviceable but very small--nothing...
