Cape View Motel is located high on a bluff right next to the venerable spice store, Atlantic Spice. Although it is directly on busy Rt. 6, we couldn't hear traffic noise from our room. We lucked out after an earlier room had a faulty lock on the slider. Because the motel wasn't full, we moved to what was formerly the...

We decided to take an impromptu trip to the Cape. We didn't make any plans or reservations. And welcoming. He told us that we could take a tour of two separate rooms and choose which one we wanted. One of the rooms was more expensive than the other one. But he gave us a discount. The view was phenomenal. The...

This hotel had a great view, great pool. The room was big and even though it was old fashioned it fit the cape cod feel. However, the cleaning was not done properly. There were so many dead bugs around the room it was disgusting. The vents were dusty and dirty. There was an empty light in the bathroom that was...

Try to stay in the new building, as the rooms in the old wing are in poor condition (122 through 131). Great location between Provincetown and Wellfleet. Beware of the thin bedding, cheap toiletries, and lack of standard amenities (e.g. iron). Ask for extra pillows upon check-in, there's only two per bed and they're in bad shape. Otherwise, the rooms...

Great views await from the rooms with the Kitchenette. Lots of new additions since I last stayed there such as bedding and carpets. When it is really warm, there seems to always be a nice breeze on the high bluff the motel sits on. Great views of Provincetown, the sunset and Cape Cod Bay. No one emptied our ashtray on...

We were able to visit all of the ocean beaches in Truro and Wellfleet and the bustle of Provincetown very easily from this motel. The private balcony on the second floor had spectacular views of Provincetown and the dunes. The room was large and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Overall a wonderful experience that...

We love the place, going back for our second time this weekend. Clean and comfortable, beds are great. The bus stop right out front is so convenient for a night in Ptown. The views are sweet. Our new place to stay on the outer cape! Walk to the spice store and the vineyard.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Cape View Motel. The service was excellent, the room was clean and contained all amenities (free wif-fi, cable tv, air conditioning/heat, etc), the beds were very comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay. The location is excellent: very close to Provincetown but without Provincetown's outrageous rental prices. Very decent rates....

We were driving south from Provincetown this weekend without a place to stay for the night. We pulled into this motel to check for a vacancy and happily there was one left. It sits up on a bluff with a beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown in the distance. The sunset was gorgeous. The rooms were adequate and...

We booked many rooms for friends and family for a July wedding, and everyone loved the Cape View -- comfort, pool, view. As mother of the bride, I stayed in the deluxe room which was perfect as a home base for friends to come get coffee & breakfast in the full size kitchen. Spectacular 180 degree view and sunsets. Nice...
