Twice a year we come to Ptown...Memorial day week and Columbus Day week, and we ALWAYS stay at Outer Reach. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous beyond belief. They are pet friendly, and even constructed a doggie play area on the property.
Owned and operated by the Provincetown Inn, you can enjoy the Inn's amenities, facilities and waterfront location at Pilgrims First Landing, while staying within the protected National Seashore natural habitat. As a result there are restrictions like no open fires, but the expansive property and...More

The bad: we returned to Boston Sunday night and realized the next morning that...More

The Outer Reach Resort takes all claims of bed bugs seriously. The room was thoroughly inspected by our maintenance department and reinspected by myself personally. There was no evidence in the room of any bed bugs or any telltale signs of a guest being bitten....More
6 of us with 1 dog. 3 rooms. Awesome views. Wicked nice staff. Very helpful. Comfortable beds. Clean though slightly old rooms. Be sure to take advantage of the Provincetown Inn. PARKING. Pool. Beach. Walk to town.
A pleasure for everyone.
We had 3 rooms in the same building.
Teens loved the pool and biking was not far away.
Parents enjoyed both hotels.
Grandparents enjoyed the views. reasonable rates and the superior staff.
Breakfast for 6 was easy for all.

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Outer Reach Resort. Our pet policies are in place so that all of our guests can enjoy their Cape Cod vacation. From your description, I don't believe your dogs will present a problem. Crate trained dogs are generally comfortable in their crates when left alone. We have issues in the past with pets being left unattended (and uncrated) in the room for many hours. Being left alone in an unfamiliar environment, these dogs would bark incessantly for the entire time and sometimes cause considerable damage to the room. Of course, their owners would not believe that their dogs were capable of this, but it happens often. That is why the pet policies are in place. I hope you understand our position in this matter and choose to stay with us. Thank you.
