New owner Lesa has taken this previously highly rated B&B to an even higher level. My wife and I greatly enjoyed the Carriage Room and Lesa's hospitality for our getaway weekend, and immediately we re-booked for 11 months later. This is everything a B&B should be!

Blackinton Manor is a lovely and beautifully maintained Bed & Breakfast nestled in one of New England's most gorgeous towns. Lesa and her pal Buddy greeted us with love and hospitality. We immediately felt at home and top it all off, Lesa is a true wizard in the kitchen. This is a B&B not to be missed! Art lover? The...

I can't say enough about this wonderful little gem we found! From the moment I inquired about this location for our 'mini vacation' Lesa was nothing less then prompt, sweet and attentive. The breakfast is delicious! Lesa actually took cooking classes in Italy once!! And her baking is impeccable! She has a very well behaved dog 'Buddy' who hangs out...

This is a repeat visit for us, but the first under the new owner, Lesa Bennett. The inn is a lovely home, located in the Berkshire Mountains, not far from the borders of VT. & NY. It is also within driving distance of Mass MoCA, the Clark Institute & the Williamstown Theatre & Tanglewood. Lesa is lovely, makes you feel...

We had a wonderful stay here. The 1836 house and all the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The owner is wonderful. She is very hospitable and generous. She cooked gourmet breakfasts for us and served wine, cheese and nuts in the late afternoon. The location is perfect, equally close to Mass MoCa and the Clark museum. There was also a...

The Manor is a beautiful house indeed, our room was confortable and clean, the breakfasts were both filling and great tasting, the wine and cheese at the end of the afternoon was quite enjoyable ... but what makes a stay at the Balckinton a great experience is meeting Lesa, a genuinely welcoming and caring person. We are also glad that...

Lesa purchased this B & B less than a year ago and is new to it. She was incredibly gracious, continuous generosity from wine and snacks in the afternoon, pitchers of iced water as well as bottles, liqueur night caps and delicious breakfasts using local sourced ingredients. I hope to be back to North Adams as we were only there...

Visiting the Berkshires for the Williams Theater Festival, we were so lucky to have found this lovely B&B nearby. Quiet street, beautiful building, lovely room, excellent breakfast, and wine and cheese in the evening, and after dinner drinks included. The new owner may be new to running a B&B, but she's great at it, and really cares about her guests...

Blackinton Manor is an oasis among the rolling mountains of the Berkshires. When I pulled up to the manor, Lesa was outside picking fresh black raspberries from the large and vibrant garden. The atmosphere of the manor is warm and welcoming. I stayed in the Queen Anne room and enjoyed the pink claw foot tub with complementary EO products (including...

Blackinton is clean, quiet, friendly, and more than accommodating! Our room was lovely, and had everything we needed. The B&B is close to so many attractions: Williamstown Theatre, Mass MoCa, Clark Institute, great restaurants, etc. The breakfasts are Delicious, AND you are not limited to a certain time. Bless you Lesa! And Lesa is probably the best of Blackinton -...
