My husband and I spent three weekdays @ Hampton Terrace. He was recovering from heart surgery and I remembered coming to this B@B with six woman friends I had known from childhood. We had had a great stay. I thought it would be a perfect get away. Our accommodations were lovely and clean; the atmosphere inviting and restful. Lenox offered...

We tried other B and B's, Cranwell for several years, Lions Inn and one or two motels. None can compare for location, breakfast, accommodations and enjoyment of the hosts and other guests as Hampton Terrace. That's why we keep coming back Ron Dorris MD

We had a great time. Stan the proprietor is a lovely, warm man who made us feel totally at home. He worked very hard to make sure all our needs were met. The inn has a huge living room which is a great place to sit around with friends and relax. A full breakfast buffet was included and we sat...

Hampton Terrace is the quintessential Nw England Inn. It has charm, atmosphere, and elegance. The period furnishings and details add to the ambience. Yet, with all these touches, Hampton Terrace delivers on modern conveniences and comforts. The rooms were well appointed, truly air conditioned, with great bathrooms, and the fluffiest towels I have ever used. Additonally, there is a magnificent...

My husband and I take pains to stay at Hampton Terrace, and only there, every time we visit the Berkshires. Everything about this B & B delights us. Being warmly greeted by the innkeepers (including their lovable dog, Atticus) always sets the tone. The rooms are beaurtifully appointed, and each offers its own character and amenities. The common spaces are...

We went up for an evening concert at Tanglewood and wanted to stay overnight to avoid a late-night drive home to Connecticut. Hampton Terrace features a charming parlor with baby-grand piano, antiques, and Atticus (sweet dog!). The place is immaculate. Our room was spacious and had a wonderfully comfortable bed. Claw-foot tub is fine for shower. Breakfast features all-you-can eat...

This is a welcoming environment for us after a working summer at home. Indeed it is our second summer at Hampton Inn and we plan to return next year. Our room was large and well appointed. Breakfast is an exceptional treat and we particularly enjoyed the company of the other guests. Finally the inn is well located, within walking distance...

The location, close to township, restaurants and Tangelwood and Shakespeare & Co. (the reason for our visit), plus the general amenities of this charming B&B more than compensated for any minor quibbles (eg burnt out light globe and cracked bathroom sink surround). It is large enough not to feel claustraphobic and intrusive, while small enough to feel homely. The breakfasts...
