Charming, well maintained, historic Inn, within a short distance from downtown Lenox. Owner Tim is an exceptionally kind and helpful host. This isn't elegant, but it is spotless and filled with New England antiques. More than anything, one has the feeling that all one's needs have been anticipated and fulfilled with generosity and friendliness.

We stayed at the Cornell Inn for 2 nights in the Martha Washington room. This is a good sized room wth a nice little en-suite with a good shower. (With a fabulous hairdryer -a small thing perhaps, but to me, very important!!) The Cornell is such a welcoming place. Nothing was too much trouble and Tim, the owner, was a...

Excellent Inn located a short walk to the downtown area. Owner Tim and staff offered exceptional service. The inn and grounds were clean and offered a nice relaxing area to just hang out on a beautiful fall day. Food was good and prepared on site along with a small bar for late afternoon, evening cocktails. Would return again.

We're so glad you were able to enjoy a weekday stay with us. While the weekends are fun with much more people in town and at the Inn, I prefer the weekdays as you as the guest get a better feel for what our little corner of the world is all about, not to mention we have more time to...

Stayed one night at this Inn while en-route to New Hampshire. The Inn is in a lovely area in the Berkshire Mountains. The room was quite plain and not large. Washroom was also not very large. Breakfast was ok but not great. I felt that the room was a bit pricey for what we got in return.

Thank you for staying with us for one night during our fall foliage season. You initially booked a larger room with a fireplace, Victorian red wallpaper, and antique furniture/lighting via an online travel agent. On arrival, you requested to move your reservation to a room with a bathtub since you don't have one at home. Accommodation of that request involved...

The past four years, my husband and I have been coming here every October for a weekend. The breakfast is always fresh, with many homemade items, fruits and muffins as well as amazing pancakes, French toast the list goes on! The rooms are clean and simple. A few upgrades could be done, but nothing that detracts from the relaxing, welcoming...

We had a great 2 day stay at the Cornell Inn. From the moment we arrived, Tim and his staff made us feel very warmly welcomed. Our room in the Carriage House was spacious and comfortable. The grounds were very nice with plenty of outdoor seating and covered porches with Adirondack chairs. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety...

We stayed here for two nights in October, near the peak of leaf season. The owner, Tim McCaffery, welcomed us and gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. It was particularly a good idea to visit Mount Greylock a few miles north. Fantastic views and many hiking trails for people of all abilities. We...

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the two nights we spent at the Cornell Inn. It's the quintessential New England inn with charming rooms decorated in vintage prints and antique furniture, yet with all the comforts one would expect including flat screen TVs, pressed linens and many with wood-burning fireplaces and porches. Free Wi-Fi too! The location is perfect, within...
