Wonderful B&B with zero complaints. Comfortable/clean rooms, wonderful breakfast, completely perfect hosts. The most relaxing weekend I've had in ages. Close to main square in the town and Angela was so generous with her recommendations and time. We felt right at home. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lenox!

Thank you so very much. It's a pleasure to assist our guests so that each has a great vacation, whether it's a few days or a longer visit, whether a guest likes to hike or kayak, stay indoors and read, or visit every house museum within 20 minutes! Last week, we hosted guests from Hong Kong, Kansas, NM, PA, Norway,...

We stayed two nights at this wonderful place. It is located about six blocks from the town center of Lenox. Our room was a bit small but decorated nicely with all the things that we needed. The breakfast both mornings was very tasty and elegantly served. Amanda was very sensitive to my husband's dietary restrictions. I would highly recommend this...

Great central location; lovely Victorian-style house. Robert is a most helpful manager; he made special scrambled eggs for my diet, as everything in the breakfast buffet was high in carbs. Central rooms are lovely, as are many first-and-second floor guest rooms; but beware. Do not stay on the third floor--it's an attic with way too many tiny and uncomfortable guest...

We're pleased that you experienced Robert's customary, gracious care. He is a treasure! And yes, two of the five upper rooms are quite cozy, especially the room where you stayed. We encourage our guests to call us directly before reserving so that we can help you select a room that will suite you well. In the past year, since we...

The Brook Farm Inn is a lovely B&B. We had a room on the third floor which we liked very much. I took a peek in some of the other rooms and they looked charming as well. The common rooms are spacious and well looked after, as is the entire inn. Breakfast is buffet-style, good variety, plenty of fresh fruit,...

Thank you! We have just over one year under our belts, and hope that the changes we're making will continue to provide comfort for our guests. When traveling we look for scrupulously clean rooms, plenty of tasty, creative food, good tea, and freshly roasted coffee - and you should enjoy the same each time you come back to Brook Farm...

Had a lovely stay – the new hosts are wonderful and made me feel so welcome! The rooms are beautifully furnished and the service was fantastic. Nearby Lenox, MA has lots to do, theater, nice restaurants, and historic homes like Chesterwood too.

The innkeepers Angela and John, and the manager Robert were gracious, patient, and extremely helpful. They suggested activities, made reservations, gave us driving directions, and made our stay more pleasant than at any inn we have stayed at in many years. The rooms are comfortable, and well kept by an expert and efficient housekeeping staff. The breakfasts were bountiful and...

Many thanks! We were glad to host you and will look forward to your return visit. What lovely and energetic guests you were. You explored a lot and shared our love of the Berkshires and all it offers, year round. We'll have bagels and lox each Saturday next summer, too.

Thanks, Jeffrey. It was a pleasure to introduce you to the Berkshires during such a lovely run of sunny weather, cool breezes at night, and the activities here. We love the Berkshires and are glad we can share our tips and recommendations with you. Next time, Big Elm Brewery and Berkshire Mountain Distillery or Olivia's Overlook, especially in the fall!

This was my first stay since Phil and LInda retired, and I can happily say that things are as warm and cozy as ever. Thank you! We're glad you like the organic, non-GMO, steel cut oatmeal we've sourced from the Berkshire Coop. It's a guest favorite and we have cinnamon, organic raisins, walnuts, and brown sugar to add to it as well as Bola Granola granola which is full of almonds and pumpkin seeds or Greek yogurt. It's cooked without milk or salt so...

Thank you for the review! We're sorry about the coffee....here's a story that makes innkeepers tear out their hair. The weekend you were here, I think, we had someone in the inn who emptied 16 K-cups and then we replenished with a box of 20 K-cups and they all disappeared. Angela our host was charming and available to answer all our questions about eating and outings. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of baked yummies, fresh squeezed orange juice and seasonal fruits. Our room on the third floor was a tad cozy (the cheapest)but we enjoyed hanging out in the well decorated common area. A great location.
