We go to Tanglewood a lot and always stay here. It's nothing fancy, just the basics, TV, Refigerator, AC. The rooms are small but clean and quiet. It's probably the cheapest place you will find during a Tanglewood event. I probably shouldn't tell you about it because now it will be hard to get a room (-: As with everything...

We planned to go to Tanglewood and found this place on line. This seemed like an easy place to stay overnight. $190.00 a night and it felt like a place that rents by the hour. The room was dark, noisy, and smelly. The room had a standard bath but in the corner of the room it had a purple heart...

Shabby, Smells like disinfectant, RIGHT ON ROUTE 7- UNBELIEVABLY NOISY- and ridiculously overpriced. NOTHING to recommend it except it was one of the only places that didn't require a 3 night stay. Depressingly awful

Finding a reasonably priced place to stay in the Berkshires during the summer is quite a challenge but this place definitely qualifies. The rooms are clean & well maintained, the owners friendly & helpful and the location is very convenient. While there are certainly more luxurious accommodations to be found, we were out biking, attending Tanglewood and enjoying the Berkshires,...

Although not particularly imposing from the outside, do not judge this book from its cover. The Wagon Wheel Inn is a carefully tended property by the friendly owners who have been at this location for 23 years. Their care is responsible for the spotlessly clean and spacious room that I stayed in. Everything in the room worked perfectly, and the...

Booked this hotel because most others had no availability. It's sort of a throwback to the 60's. Typical motel type with parking in front of the room. Room was fairly clean but definitely needed updates. Asked for a king bed but for some reason got a room with two doubles. Bathroom adequate and clean. Small microwave in the room. Didn't...

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding in October. As we just needed a room for the evening, we avoided the recommended hotel across the street and booked a night at the Wagon Wheel. The property and rooms are dated to be sure but it reminded me of traveling with my family from motel to motel on summer...

I chose this motel for having the best price in the area of a few towns, while I was visiting Tanglewood for music and Kripalu for yoga. It's modest - roadside hotel, about 17 rooms on a ground floor. It worked very well for me. The rooms are exceptionally clean, pretty much spotless. The bed is comfy. Cable TV has...

The Wagon Wheel Motel is an older property but we had no problems at all. The room was plenty big for 2 beds, had a frig and microwave, flat screen TV and the bathroom was fine with a good shower. Very close to Tanglewood which is why we chose it. Sprts bar/grill next door where the food was great, big...
