This was our very first B&B experience, so we were a little uncertain about what to expect. The Inn was wonderful and the innkeepers were very attentive to our needs. We stayed in the "Tavern Room" which had its own separate entrance. The setting was beautiful and everything was clean and neat. We had dinner two nights in very good...

JoAnn and Bruce, our innkeepers, have created a very special, warm, and beautiful B&B. The Inn is centrally located, very close to Jacob's Pillow, the Shakespeare Theater, and other area attractions. The house itself is set on a large expansive property off the road so it is quiet, peaceful, and charming. JoAnn is a wonderful cook so breakfast each morning...

My husband, eleven year old daughter and I stayed at the Jonathon Foote 1778 House on July 4th and 5th. We were going to Tanglewood to see James Taylor in concert. The house is lovely and our hosts, JoAnn and Bruce were great. The official greeter Ceili, was an extremely well behaved dog, who greeted us with a Webkin chipmunk...

The Jonathan Foote House, built in the late 1700's, retains its original charm with quirky turns, room configurations, steep stairs, a giant hearth (where cooking was once conducted) in the living room, old large planked wooden floors et al. It has been meticulously modernized where it matters: ultra-clean, well- appointed bedrooms, lovely furnishings throughout, very comfortable beds, sitting areas, charming...

Of all the 36 or so country inns we have visited, the Jonathan Foote 1778 House is now at the very top of the list of the nicest places we'ver ever experienced. JoAnn and Bruce Zarnoch really seem to know the art of innkeeping. The inn itself, an early American farmhouse, has incredible charm inside and out with comfortable, quiet,...

I stayed here with my husband and my mother in-law during the 4th of July weekend to see a couple of concerts at the Tanglewood music festival and we had a wonderful time. This B&B is quaint, well maintained, well run and the hosts are extremely hospitable. Every morning, we had a home made delicious breakfast which was done by...

Returning to my home state of Massachusetts from Oregon, I loved staying in an old house with a rich history, so beautifully and tastefully restored. So much was from the original home, but everything was in excellent shape and immaculately clean. There's the original kitchen hearth--now in the living room--that I'd love to sit in front of some winter evening...

My painstaking search for just the right Bed and Breakfast was rewarded in the Jonathan Foote 1778 House. This historic, lovingly restored home offers bird’s eye views into late 18th century post and beam construction and is furnished with pieces or reproductions from the period. Except the beds! They’re 100% 21st century and the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful...

My husband and I stayed here Valentine's weekend, and it was absolutely charming. We stayed in the Rose Room, which was admittedly a bit small and drafty, but hey, it was the last one left, and we got a great deal. The bathroom is a bit tight, and there is no tub, so I recommend booking well in advance to...

This historic house has a newer addition which is where we stayed because I wanted a real bathtub with shower and not a clawfoot tub with ring shower curtains. I find these hard to get in and out of charming though they may look. The room was huge, with a really comfortable king sized poster bed with a foam mattress...
