My family stayed at the Rogers and Brown house for two nights, and we have nothing but the highest praise for Frank and Johanne and their Bed and Breakfast. I'll give you an example of the attention to detail we saw: When we arrived, Frank learned that our five year old daughter loved birds, and he switched us to a...

Was originally trying to get a place in Gloucester or Rockport, but happened on the Rogers and Brown House. Certainly lucked out. The Rogers and Brown House is a wonderful B&B. Well-kept facility and garden. Lots of history -- the house (or, rather, houses -- let Frank and Johanna tell you the story) has beautiful and comfortable rooms in a...

This carefully executed B&B is the perfect spot for escaping to on a weekend. The hosts are helpful without being too much so, and the accommodations are very thoughtfully conceived. I had a wonderful room on the ground floor with ample seating for relaxing, a huge and comfortable bed, and a refrigerator, coffee maker, and other bottled water. I was...

We just returned from a one night stay at the Rogers and Brown House Bed and Breakfast and had a wonderful stay. We visited Ipswich for a family wedding and wished we had had more time to explore and relax. The inn is beautiful and furnished with period antiques and collectibles. It felt like we were back in time yet...

This inn was a fantastic find. The house is unique with folk art paintings throughout. The innkeepers were very friendly and breakfast was delicious! I could not have been more pleased with my choice!

Rogers and Brown House is outstanding. Great historical home. Frank and his wife are a joy and the breakfast is outstanding! We just stayed one night in the Country Queen and wished we could have stayed more. Frank will give you any info you need regarding the local area.

The house was so warm and welcoming we were sad to leave! We can't wait to stay again and recommend this B&B 100%! Hopefully everyone enjoys as...

My husband and I planned a weekend trip to Ipswich and Salem. We took the commuter rail to Ipswich from Boston and planned to walk to the B&B since it was so close to the station (a little under a mile). Well, we got lost and I called the innkeeper, Frank, who told us to just stay where we were...

This is a beautifully restored 18th century house and I wish to say no more. Trip Advisor insists that I use at least 200 characters, I did not have a good experience and do not wish to elaborate, but have to use the quota so will babble to fill in the gaps, I try to submit but it wont accept...

We were planning a trip to Crane Beach, and looking for a place to stay in Ipswich. We were impressed by the reviews, and booked a one night stay in the country queen room. As it was mid-week there is a 25% discount on all rooms - there are 3 rooms - it was reasonable. It was the smallest room,...
