We stayed at the inn on November 6, 2012. The innkeeper was very accomodating to both of us and our dogs. We had a nice stay. The bed was very comfortable. We had selected one room before our arrival, but Bill, the innkeeper upgraded our room with no extra charge. He is very knowledgeable offering good tips on places to...

I agree with prusue and FlyJetsUSA's reviews. We stayed one night and that was more than enough. We didn't find Bill rude, though. He was pleasant and it was obvious that he loves his inn and the area. His car collection is awesome.

We booked a four night stay at this B&B after reading many reviews and seeing pretty much 9 out of 10 reviews were favorable. We probably should have known that if the innkeeper was offering $60 off per night, there just might be something not quiet right. We stayed in the FISH room. To be fair to Bill, the innkeeper...

I have traveled all over the world - have stayed in some interesting places, yet this B & B is one of the worst anywhere. Dirty rooms, Outdated bathrooms, dirty linens, uncomfortable beds and pillows, awful breakfast, wine in coffee mugs, a rude, single owner man with one of the largest Scotch collections in the US (hello) who lives with...

We had a wonderful time in Cape Cod on August 6th through August 9th, 2012, thanks in large part to Bill’s wonderful B&B and to his suggestions about fun activities. We followed his advice to a ‘T’, as generally it takes us several days to get our bearings. We did not waste a single moment of precious vacation time in...

When I called the man at the front desk was very rude ,hanged up telephone 2 times, it was very unusual for this type of service. He l changed the price just because he did not like just my questions. I will never go there.

We are New Hampshire people,so we really feel we have no need for the Cape+all that bridge traffic! But we got a gift card for a bread+breakfast getaway,so we decided to try some place different. I have not been to Hyannis Port since a child,+my spouse never,so why not. The Simmons Homestead caught my eye, PLUS,we bring our dog!! Great...

This was our first time staying in a B&B. We loved the Inn. Very fun and interesting place! The location was great. Felt like we were out in the country but close to everything. Loved the wine on the back porch at 6pm.The backyard was beautiful .Liked the hammocks, and sitting on back porch was wonderful.Really felt like the Cape. Bill...

Where do I start? I guess I start with 1993, our first year at Simmons Homestead Inn. We have family reunions every other year in Hyannis Port, so that adds up to quite a few visits by now. I think we have stayed in each of the rooms at some point. As cute as they are, I have to say that...

My daughter and I recently travelled to Cape Cod-our first trip. The innkeeper, Bill, was very helpful in giving us information about where to go and the best way to get there. He has handy little information sheets and maps for each area of the Cape. His house staff was also so very friendly and helpful-always a smile. Breakfast was...
