A uniquely wonderful Inn. They not only accomodated 3 large dogs, they walked them and cared for them while we were out. The "where to eat and play" advice alone was worth staying there for. It's a combination of a vintage british car museum, an...More

You get a welcome drink in the evening

Any comments from people who have stayed here, but who are not into pets - or, more specifically, would have pet allergies. The inn sounds delightful, but the reviews commenting on pats does raise some concern.

WE are very conscious of the pet stuff. Have well behaved dogs here all the time. They are always on leashes and not allowed at breakfast table and such, so don't bother other people at all. Cats are different. Many people are allergic and so they are not allowed inside the main inn building at all. The Annex has 3 rooms on second floor that has a second cat proof entrance. My cats are allowed only on the first floor of the Annex and outside. But can't take any 'outside guest' cats at all.
