Stayed here for few nights with our children (ages 3 and 5). The room was basic clean and we fitted well into the two beds in the room. Good value of money. Kids loved to swim in the pool and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to buy cheaper Ferry tickets to Nantucket Island from...

While the hotel staff were very friendly, overall, this hotel was a bit disappointing. There is free parking and (good) wifi available, but the room and bathroom just look worn and not very inviting. At a price of just over US$ 100 in off-season, this hotel would classify at mid-range, but this doesn't seem to correspond with the quality. To...

Not one for motels, but this one was walking distance to the Nantucket ferry, which is why we were in Hyannis at all. Absolutely clean, well-run, great staff, good-sized rooms, clean bathroom, nice pool, and walking distance to many restaurants - recommend it highly if you are in Hyannis for 1-2 nights to access the ferry.

Stayed here for four nights in September whilst visiting the Cape. Check in was swift and easy and the front desk staff all extremely happy to help and offer advice. Rooms were basic but functional and served our needs perfectly. Breakfast was again basic but enough to set you up for the day with toast/cereals/yoghurts and a selection of fresh...

My partner and I booked to stay here for a night between visiting Newport, RI, and the islands as part of our New England road trip this September. It was to be a functional stopover, after a day of driving and before an early start to catch the ferry to Nantucket so we looked for a cheaper place to stay...

Breakfast was very nice, service staff was also friendly and polite. Area was a bit run down for cape cod, but thats to be expected as...

The property is nicely kept. It's 3 stories high. There is an indoor pool which looked to be in good shape. There is also an outdoor pool, although I didn't look for it. A continental breakfast of cereal, pastry, breads, waffles, and coffee/tea/cocoa was included in the very reasonable price. (It is off-season, so I don't know what the regular...

Clean enough but grungy place. Hallway smelled of spray that was trying to cover up mildewy smell. Room was ok. Sheets needed replacement- stains and holes. Night clerk was rude. A woman sat in a wet chair and he made fun of her for it. Morning clerk was very nice.

The room was spacious and clean and the location is ideal for the town centre, places to eat and drink, the JFK Museum as well as being only a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry terminals. The continental breakfast was fine but it is served in the indoor pool area, which we did find a bit strange. The reception staff...
