We stayed at the cottage for 3 nights. Very nice accommodations and very close to the beach. Tom was very helpful through the whole reservation process. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The Main St. area has many restaurants and shops.

A beautiful little beach house, literally steps from the beach! The property has been beautifully renovated and has absolutely everything you could need...It's the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and beaches of Cape Cod and the owner Tom couldn't have been more helpful. He has put so much love and hard work into his property and is so...

We rented 9a. A really cute seaside cottage. It had a small but very functional kitchen which was open to the living and dinning room. The bedroom had a very comfortable king bed and the bathroom was up to date and nice. When our host showed us the room darkening shades we really didn't think much about it but we...

This place is fantastic, its a hidden gem, so close to everything. We could walk to the beach and walk to the center of town and enjoy the restaurants and shops. We stayed in unit 6A. Tom and Kerrie are amazing hosts. They just purchased this property and will do anything to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one....

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay 3 months at the Breakwaters, summer 2014. It is the best kept secret in Cape Cod! Conveniently located, can easily walk to Main St., Hyannisport, and Hyannis harbor. At the end of a dead end street, it's minutes from the beach. We could see the water & hear the waves from...

My husband and our two small children (under five) stayed mid-week in July in cottage 7B. It is just a quick walk to a great little beach that is not crowded at all (probably because there isn't a lot of parking at the beach). The cottages are about a mile walk to the main street with tons of restaurants, shops...

We loved the Breakwaters units. The units were clean and the bedrooms were spacious. The proximity to the Keyes beach is also a definite plus although we found it could be cleaned better. The accessible pool was also very convenient for the kids. We had the #6A unit and it was well equipped except for the kitchen that would need...

We stayed at the breakwaters in late March. It was clean and well kept. We also found out it is under new management and a lot of new owners. The cottages are going through a lot of changes for the better. Obviously the cottage we stayed in has been recently updated. New furniture, flat screen t.v. and clean and neat....

Oct. 2012 Just had the most unpleasant accommodations of any vacation ever. There was never any respresentative of the establishment in the office. They are apparantly very trusting as we never seen anyone until our last day to pay for our stay. Our unit, 6B was back to back with the laundry room and all we heard all night was...

When I booked our three night stay, I fully expected the typical beach cottage. Structurally, and aesthetically, it was. The most important feature that was lacking was cleanliness. My crawling infant was completely covered in filth from the wood floor and carpet after less than 2 minutes. I was horrified. The floors have probably never been mopped and although it...
