Seaside Inn is right across from the beach. That's great, but our room 202, was SUPER TINY we didn't have room for our luggage. We had to go up and down stairs to our car to get things. The room was clean. It was above a restaurant that had a live band till 1:00 AM. VERY LOUD !!!!

Absolutely loved the location right across from the beach - must have spent several hours just sitting on the beach. They provide chairs to use on the beach which is an added bonus. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave and a very comfortable bed. If having a view is important to you, then you can splurge...

My teenage son and I were traveling to MA for the first time and I chose this place because of it's location to the beach. You have to book it over the phone, which was fine with me and they were friendly and informative during the call. The room was really cute and very clean! We did not have a...

The Oceanside view from the second floor is great. The large picture window doesn't open for an ocean breeze in the room we had. It was a view only large window. The beach was so close just across the steps, however it is very rocky and with lots of broken shells. If this bothers you, definitely bring water shoes to...

Clean rooms at a reasonable price considering the location. Some rooms have decks facing the ocean, which is just across the street. Parking limited to one car per room. Staff is friendly. Book early for peak season - they sell out months in advance for summer weekends.
