Sue at the desk is very accommodating. The place needs some updates, but excellent service. Free use of rowboats and paddle-boats if you can get the locks off. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean with all the basics.

If you have any kind of class, this is not the place to spend a single dollar. It's dirty and musty and no one cares. The floors are also filthy. The room service is horrific, they don't even change the sheets (isn't that what they're paid to do?). If the cape wasn't beautiful, this lodge would be a deal-breaker. I...

The pictures on the website are deceiving. The beach area is extremely small and nowhere to really relax. The rooms were a nice size but very tired, dated, dirty and weird smell. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were nasty, very discolored and sticky (bottom of my son's white socks turned brown after walking on the carpet and kitchen...

This place tries hard and has nice activities for small families. It is in a somewhat remote area of Falmouth, almost like you are camping. But we will never forget the pungent odor of cat spray in our room!!

My wife and I stayed at Green Harbor in Late June for two weeks and it was exactly what we wanted and more. Our room was beachside and sitting outside having breakfast was great watching the birds go up and down on Green Pond. The room was very good with a good quality kitchen. The site was clean with attention...

Out dated, too expensive for what you get. No food. The staff was nice but that is not much to do there, paddle boats and swimming pool , should have more activities for everyone. I think that i will try somewhere else next time

Our room was a beachside one, lower on the property and closest to the water. Very quiet, the room and kitchenette were clean, and there were outside tables, umbrellas and BBQ grills to use. The pool, too, was clean and inviting. Woke up to the birdies chirping in the trees outside every morning! A place to unwind and relax. All...

My 32 year old daughter and I had booked a couple days stay here and enjoyed it so much that we booked an extra day. We enjoyed birding and going to the the beach in Falmouth. After a morning of hiking and an afternoon at the beach, it was nice to come back to our super-clean room and swim. The...

Nice view of water, had a balcony to sit on, view of the pool and Jacuzzi. There was a yard swing, plenty of space to walk around. Wasn't a chain and offered personal service. When I visit Massachusetts again, I definitely would love to stay here again!

Great surprise and relief to find this place, as we had just left the Carleton Circle Hotel after cancelling our reservations upon seeing our room and the building it was in (ramshackle, dangerous entrance, dirty bed linen)! Most places online were filled, so we just started driving along Rte 28 in East Falmouth and saw a sign for "Waterfront Lodging"...
