This property is extremely kid-friendly, which was great for us. The beach is a short walk away, which was a huge convenience. The property also has a great restaurant and runs a kids club. Most of the staff members were very helpful.

My wife and I spent our one year anniversary here. It was great. We loved the resort grounds, tennis, pools, and closeness to south beach! We went in September Monday-Thursday! The gym can be improved. They should expand the gym and get Precor and Cybex elipictials. And other carido machines like the Adaptive Motion Trainer by Precor. I love gyms...

I don't know how to begin this review. First, thank you to Tim, Lizzy, Steve, Dana, Siphokazhi, Sylvia, Antoinette, Ancuta, Tom K., Paulette, Marie, Refik, Juma, Tomi, Keisha, (everyone else who cleaned and helped us in any kind of way!). This is the most amazing resort I have ever been too. It's sprawling 11--acre grounds replete with a "turtle cove",...

This was our first trip to Winnetu and we loved it! Great rooms, beach, biking and the resort is really well set-up for kids of all ages (ours are 8 and 10). Our favorites were the life size chess board, drinks/dinner on the balcony and the kayak trip. Hope to return yearly.

I want to be fair to the Winnetu in that they are pretty clear on their website that they are a family-oriented resort, which means families with children, and we were a family of adults with older parents - not quite the profile the resort excels at serving. You can read the various other raves here about the kids programs...

This was our second visit to the Winnetu. We love this resort! So much to do with kids. You can head to South beach ( a short walk), catch frogs and turtles in the pond, ride your bike to Katama Airfield for a delicious breakfast and watch a biplane take off and land! Only 3 miles from Edgartown for nice...

Great family resort. Plenty to do for the kids. Extremely relaxing. Walking distance to the beach. Restaurant on premises. If you did not want to, there would be no reason you would have to leave the resort. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff at The Winnetu are remarkable. It's a great property and very well kept up, despite the challenges of being near the ocean on Martha's Vineyard. Walk to the beach (South Beach)...great restaurant for dinner (Lure) and tremendous amounts of activities to choose. A big shout out to Lizzie Pack (Front Office Manager) and Tim Benoit (Concierge) who are...

We LOVED our stay at this resort. We are couple who came without the kids to get away for a break for 6 days. We stayed in one of the garden studios--"Little Tashmoo". Even with lots of families and kids around--"Little Tashmoo" was really private and quiet! It was roomy, clean as a whistle and beautiful. The kitchenette with fridge,...

We are not the "resort" going type, and I have only been to a handful of resorts my entire life. We were also traveling with our very uncooperative 13mo daughter. She was in a new place and everything from food to transportation to sleep turned out to be a big deal for us. 1- Food: This was our biggest problem....
