When my husband and I arrived to the Town Crier Motel,we were ready to turn around and leave. They had the whole property dug up and all kinds of heavy equipment laying around. Not a good first impression to say the least. The Motel now has new owners and I cannot tell you who they are. Being the new owners...

We booked a large room for a single overnight stay after a long transatlantic flight and drive down from Boston. We'd asked for an extra bed and agreed it would be ready in the room, I also rang twice on arrival in the States to confirm our agreed late arrival, and to confirm that our room would be left open...

We were so very lucky to get a room in the Town Crier Motel over the Labor Day weekend. Judy, the owner was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and kind - giving us a lovely room where we could park right outside, so my husband, who is disabled, did not have far to walk. The room was very comfortable and clean, with...

Booked a getaway weekend in September with another couple using a Living Social special. This is a classic “old school” motel with a few added perks like an enclosed pool and a breakfast restaurant. While it was a great value we came away a little disappointed. The place has not been updated in a couple decades. Some of the room...

Since our reservation included the breakfast we went both mornings. We recommend you go early because the first day we went at 9:30 and most of the food was not hot. On day 2...

I love this type of place. From a welcoming visit with the owner Judy to being next door to Arnold's and the rail trail this place rocks. A great setting for a Cape Cod vacation! It's right on Rte 6 so you get anywhere on the Cape quite easily.

Family unit (2 connected rooms). Not very clean. No wifi - we were told on this issue that they have had complaints about one of the rooms but not the other (???). Obviously they were aware of the problem but did nothing about it while advertising free wifi. Breakfast is buffet, but guets are serves by staff that looks as...
