The Inn at the Oaks is a beautiful property that is located just close enough and just far away enough from the places you want to go and the crowds you want to avoid for a long weekend. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful with quality answers to all sorts of questions. Coffee is good. The cookies and...

We've been visiting the Cape for years, but never before in Eastham. This year we came with friends who have a dog and needed special accommodation. We're so glad we did! The Inn itself is a charming Victorian house with two cottages and extensive pleasant grounds with various places to sit and relax. It's very well planned to anticipate guests'...

Very nice B&B with many spots to set and relax on the property. We plan to return and take advantage of the stores over a fire at night. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff friendly but not intrusive.

Spent two nights here over a busy Labor Day weekend with another couple and we were all impressed with the welcoming environment and very clean and comfortable accommodations. Fresh coffee was available promptly at 7:15 as promised and breakfast on the patio was delightful.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Inn at the Oaks. Room was great. Nicely decorated with a relaxing soaking tub. Several common rooms, and a great porch and outdoor areas to relax in, or enjoy breakfast. Many choices for breakfast including muffins, bagels, scones, coffee cake, fruit bowl & yogurt. Coffee & lemonade w/ cookies are available in...

This place was really great. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The place was spotlessly clean. The furniture throughout the inn was really comfortable and my room was great. It had its own entrance as well as its own private porch area. Also great location for beach and restaurant access. Can't wait to come back. Great coffee too☕️☕️☕️

My boyfriend and I drove up to the cape for an overnight stay. Spent the morning and early afternoon at Coastguard beach and checked in on the later side. The location was perfect, right off the main road, near beach/restaurants. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by a lady who showed us around the house. We stayed in the...

Cute property with courteous and helpful staff. We loved making s'mores and the breakfast was delicious. Perfect location, too, between Provincetown and the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

From the time we checked in where the person working the front desk did not bother with the rules of the house(breakfast time, reservations at local restaurants, etc) to the marginal continental breakfast, to the noise of the people above our room; to the room itself needing a rehab, to a woman with a pet running around off leash, (maybe she...

I am so sorry you feel cheated - that is definitely the impression we do not want you to go away with. You are correct the owners are not on-site so you would not have met him. He does come down once a week to see that all is OK. There is staff there everyday from 7am - 9pm at...
