It's been a few years, and in the interim, the former innkeepers took a much deserved retirement. That's always scary for Inns. New people, new personalities, "it's just not gonna be the same....". Well, what a wonderful experience! Jo and Richard have done a beautiful job with remodelling, with keeping the Parsonage as friendly, beautiful and welcoming as ever. A... More

Thank you for your review. It's always nice to welcome guests who have stayed with previous owners, but in the back of your mind, you think, "will they like the changes?", so your comments are really appreciated. We always try to use organic produce, and Jo always makes her own granola. Many thanks and hope to see you again later... More

Business took my husband and I to the Cape over Martin Luther King's weekend..... not the best time to visit. So many places were closed for the season, but Richard and JoAnne agreed to take us in even though they were planning on closing for the long weekend. It was at that kind of kind consideration that prevailed the whole... More

Excellent Inn, excellent service, excellent rooms! Stayed here many years ago under previous owners - Richard and Jo-Anne have thoroughly updated the Inn and rooms. It is lovely, with great beds, pillows, bathrooms, ductless split air conditioning. Quality is superb and they couldn't be more lovely hosts! This is a real gem, highly recommend. jw

Good reviews on Tripadvisor brought us to the Parsonage. We were not disappointed. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, the inn tastefully decorated, and our host personable; Richard gauged our tastes perfectly and had great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Orleans is well-situated for visiting sites that factor into the early history of our country, so we intend... More

We spent 4 glorious days at this beautiful bed and breakfast in Cape Cod. The Inn is an historical landmark, and the atmosphere was both authentic and modern. Our room was luxurious and cozy, and I felt completely at-home. I really appreciated having a coffee maker in our room, as well as a blowdryer and top-of-the-line bath products. The bed... More

This was a mother/daughter get away, and her first time to the Cape. I've stayed in fancy Chatham a few times before, and knew that this visit I'd rather stay mid-point on the Cape so as to have easier access, and less driving, to our points of interest. This trip was also to be a bit of fun, but a... More
