I slept well as the bed was comfortable, the room temp was easy to control and the room was clean. However, the sink in our first room could not be unstopped so we were moved to another room and housekeeping knocked on our door early in the morning so be sure the the Do No Disturb sign is displayed if...

Dear Tina W, Thank you for the review. I am pleased to hear you had a comfortable sleep. I do apologize for the sink in your first room and glad we were able to move you. Our housekeeping team does start at 8am so it is a good idea to utilize the Do Not Disturb sign for those who choose...

The location was perfect, next to the Liberty Tree Mall right off the highway and a perfect distance to the North Shore. The room was clean the hotel staff was great, the food in the Café was Ok but you had enough restaurants around that you did not have to eat there. However we only had snacks, flatbread pizza and...

Needed to stay close to Hospice that a friend was in. This hotel was okay to lay your head down and shower. The Bistro was handy for moving coffee or a snack.Staff was friendly, especially at the front desk. rooms are small but very quiet and the bed comfortable. Never going to be a four star but as the headline...

Stayed here for a local soccer tournament. Conveniently located. Rooms were nice although relatively small. Staff was accommodating - we asked for a late checkout and they allowed us to stay until 3 pm. I would avoid the coffee bar downstairs. It was overpriced and took quite a while to get my simple order of a coffee and smoothie. They...

Thank you very much for taking time to write this review. I am happy the location worked out for your soccer tournament and that we were able to extend a late check out. Hopefully all went well at the games! We look forward to the opportunity to be your hotel of choice for the next one.

I received a very friendly greeting during check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The internet was fast and stable. Although this particular Marriott chain does not have a complimentary breakfast, the Bistro hit the spot! I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the perfect driving distance to Salem to escape all the hustle of downtown in October. We were close to Boston and able to see all of the attractions in Salem. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, but it was strange to see the night manager sitting with someone at the restaurant for a...

We have stayed here in the decade previous; excellent location, clean hotel, decent prices. We had a chance to visit again and the price was worthy so we gladly booked. Check in was amiable, the receiving desk gentleman took quite a time to find us a correct room. The room is immaculate although diminutive, yet everything was in place. After...

We got a very nice room on the first floor. Small, but nicely laid out so perfect for sleeping but not for a long period or with kids. Am sure they must have other rooms more suited for this. The hotel is located among warehouses in the rear of a shopping mall so location is not optimal, but who cares...

We stayed here to move-in our son into freshman year at Gordon college. The hotel is near the Liberty Tree mall, walking distance 3-5 minutes, where you will find cafes to eat. The hotel is about 7 minutes to Gordon college, they have a special rates for Gordon families. Nice quiet hotel, staff are helpful, they have a small café,...
