Our room was not vacuumed before. Dirt on the walls. The window was cracked and the baseboards were falling off. The door looked like you could break it open so easy. I was scared to leave my car in the parking lot or sit down on the bed. Was there 2 minutes and checked out. The pictures didn’t look anything like our room. They did give me a full refund which was much appreciated but sadly would not recommend at all.

Dear Kelly, Keeping our property clean and updated is one of our goals, so it is unfortunate that this was not your experience. It is unfortunate that our facilities were not what you expected, as it is never our intention to mislead our guests; however, the photos we provide on our website are indicative of our property. Security is our highest priority, and we ask that you come to us with any concerns you encounter. That being said, we have passed your thoughts along to be considered as we improve, and we hope to show you a better experience the next time you're in the area.

This is by far the worst and most disgusting mould we stayed in. I booked for one night as we had a small getaway for our anniversary. We paid $145 for this dive! We wanted to be close to Salem and Marblehed. We had stayed across the street at the Doubletree Hilton a month prior for $101 but they didn't have much avaklbjlity and their prices had sky rocketed due to Halloween, season.im a meeting planner and book hotels Ll the time. Don't like motels but the pictures looked ok and rooms nice. Upon arrival we went around the back and our door looked discussing. Upon arrival smoke stains in the wall and the smell of smoke was very strong in a none smoking room. Got worse the bathroom shower curtain had a big brown stain on it. I didnt want to lie down on the bed as felt it was gross. But it was too late at night to say anything. We brought our in pillows like we always due for covid travel. The odopld in gdb next room sounded like drug dealers and we're up all night making noise. and I was worried about my car getting broken in all night. The photos speak for themselves. Would have given zeros stars if I could.

Nice clean and comfortable bed and room. Appliances were clean, and the TV was easy to navigate. LOVE the hot water and water pressure in the shower! Definitely going to continue to use Knights Inn when we travel to that area.

If you are used to staying at budget motels, you know what to expect. This place was super clean and the room was large. The continental breakfast was better than expected. This will become my place to stay at when in the North of Boston area.
