We found this property to be cheerful, bright and exceptionally clean. We received a very warm welcome from the assistant manager Steve, who gave us a large and quiet room. He competently figured out how to use the vouchers we had accumulated from previous BW stays. We highly recommend this BW to anyone looking to stay in the Boston area.
I stay there every month for work, and the staff seem genuinely happy to see me, the hotel is perfectly situated for my work schedule, allowing me easy access to Route 1 and I95. The rooms are clean , the linens are fresh , and when they were allowed serve breakfast, it was a great hot breakfast.
The walls are thin so we heard the neighbors tv and people walking through the hallways, it wouldn't have been an issue but it was midnight and I had two young kids with me. Overall the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was nice and spacious. Clean beds! The shower was not cleaned however before our stay and the water was not draining very well. 24/7 coffee bar which was nice. Some of the staff could of been friendlier but I didn’t mind. I would stay again honestly.
My Family and I visited Best western Plus in Danvers Massachusetts to find great service and a good time. At Best Western Plus we found all of that and then some. CHAD HANSON... the General Manager is a good professional man who knows how to help if needed. Remember manners get you help and a good time. Especially at Best Western Plus in Danvers Massachusetts Nortshore Area.
