Used the "Book Accommodation" button on the hotel's website to book a room for mother and two daughters. No problem. When they arrived late at night to check in they were told that the hotel does not accept children.

This was just overnight having flown in from Sri Lanka and next day driving to Canberra. The positives are comfy bed, clean sheets, shared facilities close to bedrooms and are spacious with plenty of hot water. Plenty of off street parking out of sight of main road. Staff extremely helpful. Close to Hungry Jacks and train station. Easily accessible from...

No fuss and no problems - it's a budget option, reminding me of pub accommodation with shared facilities that you find in many country towns. The room and facilities were clean (except for some dust on top of the wardrobe). Nice to have a tap and wash-basin in the room. The door to the shared bathroom along the corridor creaked...

OK basically this was a bed in a small dirty room in a building that is in disrepair. The positives... the staff were polite and friendly, free pool and coke downstairs and it's near the train station. Negatives... the room was dirty, the floor was grubby with previous occupiers hairs all over. There were no amenities, no wifi, no kettle,...

Possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. It's very cheap but it is what it is the floor had hair on and the walls and mirrors are filthy and the hallway hasn't been hoovered would only stay here in desperation and even then I would be pushed too. The bar staff were friendly but the cleanliness of the hotel...

Staff were great. Bar and gaming room great. Plenty of safe car parking. Good kebabs across the road. Facilities met my expectations. They are basic, but so was the price. But... the window joinery is old and as such the traffic noise from the busy road outside was the worst I have ever experienced. I could also feel every spring...

The licensee did ask for feedback upon checkout, so new m/ment seems concerned with improvements. Tiles throughout bathroom, hallway and rooms present slip hazard as one steps out of the shower with wet feet. (Perhaps a long carpet runner down the hallway would help - as long as it was vacuumed and large carpet mats in the center area of...
