We had two rooms. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. One of the rooms was oceanfront with a kitchen it was great! My mother has cancer, so it was nice that we could eat together. They also had a free washer and dryer.

I stayed here the night before I did a two-day 140 Mike bicycle ride from Ocean City to Baltimore for Ride for the Feast to benefit Moveable Feast. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The building is old, so we did hear noise out in the hallway, but that was to be expected and after 11:00 it was pretty...

The hallway outside my room n the lounge on the 3rd floor n the elevator was warm. The elevator floor could use a good cleaning. After several days the a/c unit wasn't cooling my room off. I did appreciate the fruit n beverage area n the entire staff was courteous n accomadating.

Spent a weekend there for a baseball tournament. Had a great time and was treated well by the staff. Room A/C was a little weak but no other complaints. Whole team stayed there, and everyone seemed happy with the accommodations. That's our second year in a row at the flagship and will definitely stay there again.

Their solution was to give us a box fan. After that didn't cool the room down at all went back to front desk and...

Well, the location is great. The interior of the room was decent. However, we were in the back corner of hotel. Smelled weird. Our balcony overlooking door to indoor pool which is open 24 hours. People were screaming & carrying on until 230AM & I'm pretty sure the people above us were elephants. Coffee was disgusting. Staff friendly, but even...

Room was clean/comfy, staff was friendly however...... The lobby was dark, in need of repairs and had an odd smell as were the corridors and elevator. Thin wall with loud, rude guests. Not a relaxing place to stay!!
