The "room with a view" was beautiful. Our room had a very nice deck so we could sit outside and enjoy it day and night. We arrived very late - make sure you call if you are going to be late as the desk is not staffed all the time - and it was very easy (and safe) to locate...

Just my daughter and I for a one-night getaway in zany OCMD. Could have not chosen a better spot to stay. It was hard to believe such a peaceful place even exists anymore, especially in OC! This lighthouse-shaped "inn" was a great experience. The staff was friendly, and with only 20-odd rooms, serenity abounded. The rockers on the bayfront deck,...

Planned for a mid-week anniversary stay to celebrate 20 years together. Our respective families have always stayed ocean-side at Ocean City for well over 30 years, so the bay-side experience was brand new to us. Arrived on 9 AUG for a 3-day stay. The check-in was quite relaxing. Beverages were offered while checking in, with a three minute property tour...

Set back on the bay, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, this hotel is quite, relaxed and elegant. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. With a bar and restaurant just steps away you don't have to leave Fager's Island. If you are visiting Ocean City, spend a few dollars more and change a...

Hospitality is number one and you wont miss a thing to enjoy your stay with this attentive service. Rooms are perfect. Love the back porch sunsets and fresh cookies. We ate at Fagers which was okay but atmosphere was fantastic and within walking distance. There are added amenities like turn down service, fresh fruit juice and pastries (though I would...

My husband booked this hotel through another website, which didn't have his current email address. When we got to the hotel, we were immediately told "NO KIDS ARE ALLOWED". Mind you, the woman behind the desk said this in front of my daughter, who I saw shrink with devastation. She said " you should have received an email". Well. We...

My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights here. The staff was awesome. They're all very friendly and helpful. They leave breakfast in your fridge each night when they perform turn down services. They also have wine and beer downstairs although they do not have an official bar. The pool is a short walk away at a sister hotel. Overall the...

We recently returned to The Lighthouse for a three night anniversary weekend. It was our fourth time staying at this fantastic hotel, and it was just about perfect. We arrived late in the afternoon and our beautiful lightkeeper bay view suite was ready and waiting for us. The room was immaculate and inviting with an unobstructed view of the bay,...

My family and I just returned from our third annual stay at the Lighthouse Club. I don't know that I'd consider staying anywhere else in OCMD as of now. We always stay in the bayview rooms on the second floor and we love the beds and linens. So comfy! I heard some complain about the noise from the jacuzzi's above...
