Clean, quiet, within walking distance to some cute shops. A ton of restaurants. Hotel is close to NIH and Walter Reed. Starbucks and a Giant close by. Staff very friendly-all hours of the day and night. Would definitely stay here again!

We went to visit our son who lived in DC NW and helped him to move to San Francisco and stay over this hotel for the weekend. The hotel only has valet parking and it is expensive $25 a day. Fortunately, we asked the front desk and she told us there is a public parking which is 1 1/2 blocks...

The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Bethesda, one block from the subway station. The suite was reasonable sized with a separate bedroom, and a separate living room and kitchen area. The standard Wi-Fi was terrific and work consistently. The breakfast was included, and had an excellent waffle maker I loved the pool on the penthouse level. The staff was...

We stayed at this Residence Inn for a family wedding and were quite pleased with the room, the staff and all but the breakfast. Everything was clean and relatively well-kept but the breakfast was a bit on the weak side. More like a continental breakfast we were told it was a "full" breakfast. That disappointment aside, the room was quite...

I am 4 weeks into a 5 week stay at this hotel. It has been so lovely to come back to after a long days work. The rooms are comfortable, cosy and clean. The breatfast is a modest buffet with a good selection of food. The staff are pleasent and attentive. The mix and greet is great. Samuel inparticular as...

We stayed at the Residence Inn for 9 days. The location is in walking distance to restaurants, shops, groceries & the metro. The hotel offers valet parking which is very convenient since parking in Bethesda is challenging. The complimentary breakfast is abundant with lots of options. The staff is professional, friendly & helpful and will even pick up things for...

My family stayed at this hotel for our DC trip. I'm going to cut to the chase and tell you the worse first. The parking was the worse part of the stay. There is very little area to leave your car for valet. Other than that single complaint. We were very happy. We had a 2 queen bed suite with...

My husband and I traveled with two of our sons ages, 15 and 13, to the Bethesda area for lacrosse tournaments. We chose to stay at the Residence Inn because of the layout: two beds in one bedroom and a living area with kitchen in the other room. The rooms were clean and quite functional. We appreciated having the kitchen...

Let me say outright that this review is mostly just a rant. I don't want to comment on the hotel except to say the location is good, rooms clean and comfortable, friendly staff. All around perfectly nice place. I am giving it an "average" mostly because of the pet policy. I didn't want to be misleading and score the hotel...

Thank you for sharing your experience. I sincerely understand your concerns with the pet cleaning fee that we assess for guests traveling with pets. As Residence Inn properties are designed with the extended stay traveler in mind, our one time Pet Cleaning fee is meant to lessen the expense of having to pay daily cleaning fees. As surprising as it...

Clean rooms, great breakfast, close to metro and restaurants. Staff was friendly but never enough people at the front desk. Always a line. Pool was disappointing. There is a life guard on duty. There appeared to me a second off duty lifeguard who was on his computer and yelling at someone through his earbuds. He wasn't at the pool the...

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have shared your feedback with both our front desk team leaders and our swimming pool management company so that they can continue to focus on staffing and service. I'm happy to hear that breakfast was enjoyable. We hope that you come back soon as we have some new and exciting changes to our...
