We picked this hotel because it looked relatively close to American University. It was in fact two metro stops away on the Red Line and an easy 5 minute walk from the Bethesda metro station. The hotel was very clean and the beds super comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and took good care of us. We didn't...

I traveled alone for an appointment at the NIH Clinical Center. This hotel made me feel safe and was close to restaurants and the Metro. It also was quiet! This helps to calm my nerves while waiting for my appointment.

We spent a lovely weekend at this hotel. King size bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Location was very convenient and within walking distance of many nice restaurants. Metro stop a few blocks away. Hint: we spent a weekend and parked in a county garage a half block away from the hotel for free. Did not use the car at...

I've stayed here several times this is the first time I encountered a rude front desk clerk when I checked in. The manager in the morning apologizedo for the misinformation I received and offered to buy me breakfast.

We were unable to cancel a reservation for the last night of our stay- wasted hours discussing with the manager to no avail. Went to Hilton Garden worldwide and they agreed we could cancel. Local hotel management wouldn't budge. The room wasn't booked through them.... The hotel is convenient although good luck trying to find a spot to park if...

This property is clean and efficient. Customer service is great and I love that microwaves are available in the rooms. Nice size TV and close to the metro. The rooms were very dim though. More ceiling lights are desperately needed. I had to open my blinds daily to get dressed daily and to apply makeup. Also no vanity drawers with...

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this hotel. In the past it has been fine, this time I had not one but two issues with the bill. (but the room was nice, breakfast buffet is good, breakfast waitresses super friendly). Sometimes the buffet items are a bit cold, but they will cook an omelette to order for you....

We stayed here a couple weeks ago and enjoyed the hotel but expected more for the price. Location is the best part of this hotel with restaurants and Metro a short walk away. Parking is $16.50 a day which is much cheaper than the hotels closer to DC at $50 per day. We are a family of three so the...

Hotel is clean but a bit over priced. Meals are reasonable. Internet access was a nice perk. It meets your needs for business. The swimming pool is very small. The front desk clerk could explain the use of the room key for the elevator and parking. Otherwise, the hotel was okay. It wasn't a resort or anything but I would...
