We are becoming regulars with frequenting B&B for Columbus day weekend which also falls on the same weekend as my birthday. We have had the goldilocks experience with a few places in that one is too this another is too that. The Morning Glory was just right. The proprietors, i feel bad that i do not recall their names, were...

This B&B is among the best I have ever stayed in ( And I have stayed in many in NE). A perfect formula of gracious and accommodating hosts, comfortable lodging and convenient location provide the traveler with the comfort of " being at home". Our hosts, Bill & Bonnie, made sure that every small detail was carefully attended to -...

Bonnie and Bill are 2 of the most amazing people we have ever met. They are very accomodating and caring. We've visited their bed and breakfast multiple times and have always had a fantastic stay. The grounds are well kept and maintained as is the entire house. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, a place where you deffinitely want to...

My wife and I were looking for a quick, one-night getaway before joining our children at their athletic event in Manchester, NH, and after settling on the York area, Trip Advisor turned up the Morning Glory Inn. I have just been reading some of the many glowing reviews for this inn, and I cannot really add much (NickandCathy and TheresaandEric's...

My husband and I have just returned home from a fantastic week's stay at the Morning Glory Inn. This was our fifth visit of the season, the previous four being long weekends. We are already looking forward to our final visit in October. We have stayed at the MGI several times per year since it opened. Our innkeepers, Bonnie and...

Having just returned from an amazing stay at the Morning Glory Inn last weekend, I find myself day dreaming about a return trip. What a wonderful weekend in a relaxing, peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. Bill and Bonnie get everything right--from the amazing and flourishing gardens, the wonderful and diverse breakfasts, to the rooms which offer understated elegance, charm and comfort...

Thanks for your appreciative review. We derive great satisfaction from knowing that you had a pleasant and relaxing stay. It's one of the reasons why we still love inn keeping after all these years.

Wiki describes a “boutique” property as a hotel/B&B which “contain luxury facilities” and “full service accommodations”. This place was neither. This property is tired, dark, dusty, musty and overpriced. Realizing each B&B is different and a reflection of the owners, we’re always eager for different “positive” experiences. We have traveled B&B’s for over 25 years and calling oneself a “boutique”...

We are mystified by this reviewer's comments. This does not feel like a review. It feels like an attack. It does not warrant a detailed response. Somehow we have offended her and have received this broadside. We truly care about our guests comfort. We take pride in our gardens, our cleanliness and have received endless compliments on the design and...

From the minute you step onto the meandering garden walkway leading to the entrance of Morning Glory Inn, you are transported into a tranquil and beautiful space. Everything is first class - from the luxurious and comfortable accommodations to the beautifully presented and prepared breakfast. The owners, Bill and Bonnie are charming and very attentive but not the least intrusive....

My husband & I were looking for a place to get away for a few days for our anniversary and happy to find Morning Glory Inn. It's beautiful, charming and peaceful. This little cottage inn tucked into a copse of trees near York was so "just right" as to make any Goldilocks worth her salt lapse positively rhapsodic: the husband and wife inn-keepers--delightfully warm, welcoming and solicitous--managed to arrive and depart, each and everytime, at just the right moment; each venue--bedroom, sitting room, dining area, and gardens--pleased the senses by striking...
