When we arrived not only were we exhausted from a 13 hour drive but hadn't made reservations and could not find a room anywhere. On our way back to New Hampshire, the closest hotel room we could find, I saw this place online and called. The man running the place asked how far away we were and offered to hold...

The motel rooms aren't fancy but they are very adequate. And the price is very reasonable compared to other options available. We were lucky to find this place with one room left for us. The ownership and staff are very nice and are very accommodating. I asked for an iron. They knew there was one on property and searched high...

Years ago we stayed here often. This was our first visit in ten years. Not much has changed, except the restaurant has closed. If you are staying here you will want to eat at the Royal River Grill anyway. This is not the Ritz, but is perfectly adequate. Furthermore, you might enjoy the deer running by your room. The lady...

This is an older property, probably on its way out eventually. The restaurant was closed. The rooms are nice size and adequately appointed. The location is quiet. If you are looking for a mom and pop motel that will be comfortable and meet your needs and be nice to your pocketbook, this could be the place. Not fancy but adequate...

We have stayed here many times..when we first stayed, the owners still seemed interested in the property. The last time we stayed we noticed that a smake detector was still not reattached, blankets had holes in them, furniture covers were dirty and towels worn thin. It's probably time for the owners to sell before the property reaches a point of...

We rented 6 rooms for couple of nights for a snowstorm, rooms where very dirty, cold, had to shovel entrance, paint peel, bugs, mold really not good. The heat did not work well, water was hot, towels where clean.

Just stayed for an overnight. Carpet is stained, chair was stained, sheets and towels are old and shabby. The window curtain in the bathroom was ripped, thin, and barley hanging on. The light above our rooms door was blown. The linoleum in the bathroom was all pulled away from the tub and the shower curtain was missing several hooks. Very...

Owner very ignorant, we asked to see the room before we booked it and he was put out by the fact. The room was clean but the beds where hard as rocks so we told him and he turned his back on us and wouldn't talk to us anymore

Was recommended to this hotel by a motorist in a petrol filling station in Yarmouth as they knew the owners - no mention of the facilities. The units are split up over the site. On approaching my room it was noticeable that it needed a repaint. The room was adequate size with a Queen bed, an old fashion TV, a...

This place is a total dump....stay away.....with outdated dirty rooms, old carpets that stink, chipping paint everywhere you look and the oldest TV I've seen in 20 years and way overpriced !!! I regret my last minute choice to stay here and not check Trip advisor first
