Jonahs restaurant is the best place to eat north of Sydney. A fantastic menu with a very knowledgable sommelier and a Michelin Star menu. Absolutely the place for a special occasion. Lovely views of the ocean and for whale watching.

We recently celebrated a special anniversary at Jonah's and it was such a happy experience. We took advantage of the overnight package and from the moment we were welcomed by Sage, had champagne in the garden overlooking the ocean, we knew we were at the perfect place to celebrate. Try to stay overnight - our room was so comfortable, with...

Although this iconic Whale Beach eatery has magnificent views, we found the food incredibly overpriced. On the positive side, the staff were very good and the Sommelier very knowledgeable but paying through the nose for average fare left a distinctly bad taste in one's mouth.

We were treated to lunch here by family while on holiday in Sydney. We began with drinks outside, the view was beautiful! Relaxing here before the meal really added to the experience. The meal was really good, most of us opted for 3 courses. The standout food was the scallops, the bug tagliatelle and the barramundi special was just delicious....

World class views, complimented by attentive friendly staff. The quality of food is amazing especially the vegetarian options beautifully presented. Almost has a European feel to the outdoor deck with the decor tasteful. One of our favorite restaurants of all time.

Perched above Whale Beach, this is a stunning location with perfect views on the beach and the ocean from your room and the restaurant. Room was very comfortable with all that was needed and perfect sleep. Staff is amazingly nice and helpful. The restaurant offers very good food (not perfect though for the price) and one of the best wine...

We thought an end to our holiday season involving nice views nice food and nice wine would be a really good thing. End our Christmas season on a high. We shortlisted five restaurants and settled on Jonahs. Neither of us had been there before. The view; check. Spectacular vista of whales beach and the Pacific Ocean stretch north south and...

We had a great stay for 4 nights. Food was that great we ended up eating in every night! Room was very clean, always well maintained. Staff were very attentive to our need especially since we have 2 young children with us. Luke, Christian and Guillaume in the dining room are true professionals. Sarah at breakfast is great and her...
