We came up for a Monday to Friday stay. We had a three year old with us. We stayed in one of the suites. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. The entire facility was very quiet and laid back. The short time we stayed we felt like we were part of a community. The pool was perfect for...

We decided to head to Ogunquit at the last minute on a very hot weekend. This was one of very few places that had vacancy and was not exorbitant. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in a quaint little suite. It was no frills but was clean, comfortable, spacious, and overlooked a beautiful hill with the ocean in the...

Great place to stay if you want to have just as much fun staying at your cabin or going out to see nearby Kennebunkport or Ogunquit, you feel like a community from day one!!! Everyone has a great time and the kids all meet and become fast and forever friends, that they see every year, the same week!! Mina and...

We spent a full week in a 2 bedroom cottage at the Belle of Maine. We had the last cottage on the right, down at the bottom of the hill. The interior looks to have been totally renovated within the last few years. Bedding was not top notch, but it was okay. The kitchen was nice with a 4 burner...

We are making this our vacation spot every year. Jim and Mina treat every guest like family, including having their annual lobster and prime rib feast with all guests invited. It's like a small community, where everyone shares their favorite dishes and comes together to relax. Our suite was beautiful, clean and well furnished with everything we could need while...

We visited Wells whit our bicycles and it was great because we saw a lot of cute boutiques, restaurants and beaches not very far from this place. People are super friendly and helpfull. There is an outdoor space where you can have a lunch.

If you want the feel of a quaint Ocean Cottage and great location then The Belle Of Maine is the place you want to be. We have been bringing our kids here for over 15 years and we love the feel. The kids can roam around and ride their bikes without worry and the Pool and Hot tub are always...

My husband and I began staying at the Belle of Maine 14 years ago. We have stayed in both the cottages and efficiency units. The last few times we've stayed have been pretty poor. Comparable to a Super 8 motel. The beds are in desperate need of new mattresses. My husband took half the day to adjust after sleeping on...

Have stayed here a few times over the past few years. Great location to Wells Beach (heavenly !), a great pool and hot tub and friendly service from the owner and staff. Unfortunately, I have concerns about the cleanliness of the accommodations and the comfort of the furniture. The beds are very uncomfortable as is the well worn sofa (...

When we had problems at another hotel (Sanford area) the owner of the Belle of Maine was very accommodating. He allowed us to check in right away and made our trip to Maine much more enjoyable. We stayed in Cabin #24 it was very clean and was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The cabin included 2 single...
