Rooms were very small compared to all the other timeshares we have stayed in . Kitchen was very hard to work in no counter space at all. The kitchen table was also very small 4 people could not sit at it unless you moved it to the middle of the room. There was no Parking in front of the room...

This was a timeshare exchange for us. I had read all the reviews, so I was aware that the units could be small & needing a face lift. We tried it anyways. We arrived on a Friday afternoon. We checked in (unit # 242) & were told that there was no parking in front of our unit/building. They had no...

The units are on the small side but are really clean and well-maintained. The water pressure in the shower is outstanding! The tub has a ton of cubbies to hold all of your bath needs. There is plenty of storage room in the bath and the bedroom. The kitchen/dining/living room is small, but fully equipped. The staff is friendly and...

I stayed there for three nights this past Labor Day weekend. If it was not for the horrible bed (causing my lack of sleep for 3 nights), I would have rated this place better. Unfortunately, the bed was small, old, and hard as a rock. And this place is definitely not a "resort" - just a rundown motel with kitchens...

This is a simple timeshare exchange. It is a good/average location to things in Wells and Oganquit. It is not a luxury by any means, but clean and sufficient. We had 1 bedroom efficiency and thankfully there was a sunroom/storage area past the bedroom for all of our things otherwise it would have been tight w/ kids! This "resort" has...

The rooms are on the small side but acceptable. Kitchens are adequate with enough pots pans and dishes. TV is small. 21 inch or so. Pool and hot tub doesn't open until Memorial Day. Free Dvr movies are a nice touch. Conveniently located. Clean and well maintained.

This was an Interval International timeshare swap. However it also rents rooms. It looks like a plain motel from the street but the reason I rated it so high is because as simple as it is, it's perfect. The unit is a bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed, a full Jacuzzi bathroom and a large living room/kitchen. There is...

Stayed at the Nautical Mile Resort during Labour Day week-end. Hadn't booked anything before heading down to Wells and decided to call around the night before our stay. Pleasantly surprised, my husband and I called and got a 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor. Very clean, comfortable and cozy (double bed) and is a fully functional unit! Nothing needed...

I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. The property was clean and well maintained. They were doing small repairs while we were there. The pool area was small but nice and they also had tennis and basketball courts. The one bedroom was perfect for two people. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a table tv pull...

If your used to spacious accommodations in a resort, you will be disappointed with this one. Facilities show there age and the lack of investment back into the property. Warped boards as hand rails, cook stoves that are ancient. Although it was clean, the decorator clearly lacks modern taste and experience in the resort industry. Rebuilt motel yes, resort probably...
