Tenants Harbor is pretty little Maine coastal village. My wife and I usually stay in Rockland but decided to try something different this past weekend. The East Wind Inn is clean and well maintained both outside and inside. The receptionist was friendly and efficient checking us in for our two night stay. The Meeting House rooms (we stayed in room...

Thank you for this wonderful review and hope you return. A comment about the "room tip." Part of the charm of our inn is that the Main Inn building was built in 1860 and the Meeting House Annex was built around 1890. We have renovated almost all of the rooms. But old buildings have creaking floors. Each winter we check...

The East Wind is absolutely beautiful. Upon entering, we were greeted and checked in. When we told Randy (I think) that we were headed to Monhegan the next day on the early ferry, he made sure that we received breakfast bags since we were going to miss the complimentary breakfast at the Wan-e-set. Our room was perfect- very spacious, lots...

This Inn was clean and beautiful. The view from Room 26 in the Meeting House was perfect! Twin beds... when traveling with a friend. We ate at the Restaurant. The dinner and breakfasts were delicious. Well worth the price tag!!! Sept 2016.

We recently stayed for two nights at the East Wind Inn following our wedding which was held nearby in the town of Cushing. The post-ceremony dinner was served in the Inn's Restaurant on the first floor. The food was very good and the wait-staff helpful and attentive. We received some wonderful assistance from Colin, the inn's chef, in terms of...

Service was excellent! The room looked like it was recently updated and was lovely. The bathroom was large and well appointed. The location was perfect for our wedding anniversary. We were gifted with a full moon over the Harbor. Breakfast- Lobster Benedict was perfect. Coffee could have been better. The one negative was the temperature in the breakfast dining area....

A very nice B&B. Friendly, open, in a beautiful small harbor. Nice bar downstairs. Living room upstairs. Somewhat formal dining room, not always open. Food can be uneven. Rooms in meeting house, especially corner rooms are large and well done.

We at the East Wind Inn appreciate this very positive review and are pleased the reviewer had a generally good experience. We are very sorry that the reviewer found his meals "uneven." Since we serve breakfast in our dining room and have an extensive dinner menu in both our formal dining room and Tavern, we cannot respond with any specifics....

The owners of the inn have spent a lot of money up dating this old inn. The lobby area is cozy. I enjoyed sitting with my iPad watching the people check in for the night. My room with 2 Windows overlooked the harbor. My room usually didn't come with TV but I requested it ahead of time. It was there...

Views from our top floor (3rd) apartment suite were spectacular. The sitting deck perched high above the surroundings, overlooking a harbor of working fishing boats. Many apartment windows provided great indoor viewing of the harbor, too. Owner Randy's hospitality is what you don't get enough of anymore. From generously accommodating our shift in booking needs to his warm hospitality, or...

My partner and I wanted to get out of New York for a relaxing weekend in Maine. I suggested that we go to the East Wind Inn, where I had spent a thoroughly enjoyable weekend last summer. Randy, the welcoming and always helpful Inn Keeper, greeted us upon our arrival. We stayed in the warm, gracious Meeting House. Our room,...

We stayed at the Meeting House section of the inn which is a couple of doors down from the main inn. We were on the second floor corner unit with 2 comfortable twin beds. Spread felt like new and sheets were super soft. Room #26, very clean, recently updated, nice view, no air conditioning, but had fan in the window....
