Check in was easy and the clerk was helpful in finding places to get some food in the area. The room was bright and clean and the wireless instructions were prominently displayed making the whole experience of getting settled, easy. The room was quiet and I was able to sleep well both nights. I will definitely use this motel again...

Let me start out by stating that my four star review is based generally on how nice the people here at the motel are. As far as amenities go, the place is extremely clean and very nice but dated enough that in any other place, it would struggle to get three stars. I shall explain. My room had a small...

Enjoyed my stay at the Spillover Motel in Eustis, Maine. It is an older independent motel, but very well-managed. Clean convenient, had a microwave and small fridge in the studio unit that I stayed in. Even had a romantic electric fireplace in the room. Front desk personnel was very accommodating when I told them that I would be arriving after...

This motel proved to be an excellent choice for a stopover heading south from Montreal to Bar Harbor. Convenient, very clean, with little welcoming personal touches. Breakfast very basic with limited seating.

Thank you. We are glad that you were able to take break on your journey and join us. Our breakfast is a continental breakfast: Maine roasted, organic coffee, english muffins with all the fixin's, fresh fruit, hot and cold cereal, donuts, milk, juice and Babybel cheese. We do try to keep it quite simple but we encourage our guests to...

After a long winding trip from Bridgton, it was a more than pleasant surprise driving up to see the motel, its welcoming sign and lantern, pumpkins and fall flowers. It sits on the edge of an open meadow, with the Coplin House restaurant on the other side. The motel is charmingly clean, snug and warm in a sudden drop in...

We apologize that your online booking site wasn't clear. Please go search for us again online. I think you will find there is nothing else that we could write to make it any clearer that the INN is a SHARED BATHROOM ( this is what is online) On another site we have stated (NOT MOTEL) We have two separate lodging...

Stayed over two nights on route from Bar Harbor to Montreal.Very tranquil setting even though close to main road.Must sees are sugar loaf mountain and "the wire bridge".Hotel staff will point you in the right direction for the bridge.Rooms very good and well appointed, only downside being the noise of people walking about and running water from the room directly above.Do...

Clean. Comfortable beds. A-OK bathroom. Window AC was actually in the window, thus behind the window curtain -- a design flaw, but we made do. They have a nice, spacious, common kitchen and eating space which was perfect for the two of us, since we needed to have breakfast at 5:00a. An unusual and much valued feature at the Spillover....

We stopped at the Spillover Motel on our way from Toronto to New Brunswick as it's roughly half way. I made the reservation on the motel's website and the communication was quick and clear. When we arrived we had a quick check-in and the staff was "Maine" friendly. The room was great - a decent size, good AC and clean...

Very nice; wish we had more time to explore. The area is beautiful, but watch out for those swamp donkeys (moose). Particularly pleased to see the large kitchen/lounge in the basement for all to use. Look forward to staying again.
