We needed a winter get away. It was affordable and clean and yes on small side but no complaints. The TV was a flat screen but very limited in channels. We couldn't find breakfast room and realized the next morning at check out that even with door locked a push would open the door. From the inside is a deadbolt....

I left on good terms but he was not there as he said he would be. I asked him to mail me my deposit and he did not. I called a second time and it still was not returned. I would not trust him with you deposit, just figure your going to loose it.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on a thurs and Friday in the heart of tourist season in maine. It is a very pleasant, quiet motel. The rooms are fairly small but clean. Ac and tv worked great. I was surprised at the extent of the free breakfast considering the size of the lobby. The owners of the place are...

This motel was relatively inexpensive, clean and with a fairly comfortable bed, but not much more. There was too long wait for someone to answer the doorbell (at 7:00 pm), the AC was noisy and the service was so-so.

This is a very small motel consisting of only 10 rooms making it less likely to have many loud guests. The room was very clean when I arrived. I stayed two nights and when I returned to my room after my day out the room was just as clean as on arrival. The motel is right on US Rt 1...

We called to get the price of the motel and they said it was 55/night and when we got there we were charged 75. Some of the drawers look as though they have mold in them, it was a very small room, no HD TV's, water in the shower wasn't hot, just a small space heater and the refrigerator was...

The rooms were clean, the price was right. It had wifi. Stayed here on a recent trip to Old Orchard Beach. Was an 8 minute drive. Close to flea markets. Family run, they do try hard and I have no complaints.

The rooms are small and dark - one window in front mostly taken up by A/C and everything is loud -- the A/C, the toilet, the traffic on Route 1. (bring earplugs) But more importantly, it's very clean and the owners were friendly. Request for more towels quickly met. Also like fact there is continental breakfast. For high season close...

Stayed here for an extended stay as I was working in the area. My toilet leaked for the entire time and mildewed, housekeeping never came. TERRIBLY RUDE OWNERS! Stay at any other local motel but here! Well I would avoid the Downeaster down the street ad well, But

We needed a place to stay overnight en-route to Seneca Falls from St-John New Brunswick, booked late so limited choice on a budget. This motel had everything we needed; close to our route, convenient parking outside the room, and even though it's out of town there are good restaurants, fast food outlets and fuel station close by. The accommodation is...
