from the initial enquiry through to booking, arrival and departure, Anne was helpful and friendly. The setting is amazing, accommodation very comfortable and you are close to a number of attractions. It was a shame we could only stay 2 nights but so relaxing. Would highly reccommend. Cannot fault. The breakfast basket was of the highest quality - all organic...

What a lovely spot. The large grounds offer walks, ponds, cows & sheep, picnic faciities and beautiful vistas. You feel a million miles from care just 10 minutes drive from shops and a little more to Berry or the Kangaroo Valley. The no internet, no TV, no phone reception is a bit of a challenge at first but you get...

Anne was a fantastic host and is accommodating to our needs. Fantastic wood bbq and surrounded by nature and farm animals. Fun to go wild wombat sighting at night! Just need to manage expectation if you are a city dweller. There is no phone or wifi service on location. But this brings us back to basics and we had fantastic...

Plenty of animals and farm activities to keep the kids amused, lots of space to roam around. BBQ facilities and undercover eating area. Cottages are comfy and clean. Hosts are most accommodating and friendly. Great breakfast supplies and fresh farm eggs. Lots of places to visit in close proximity, beach about 20 minutes drive.

we loved our stay at Lyrebird Ridge Organic Winery and Retreat, Anne was a most welcoming host as were Mollie & Sunny the dogs. The property is peaceful surrounded by bush & farmland. It's lovely to lay in bed & here the bird song each morning. The views of the sheep behind the vines, the chickens in the yard allowed for...

We had a lovely few days staying in the cottage, which proved to be an excellent launchpad to different attractions around the area including the FABULOUS, nearby Riverstone Horse Riding. (Seriously, I wanted to post a rave review of those guys but they don't seem to have a Trip Advisor listing. One of the best rides I've had in years,...

We are retired baby boomers and were initially quite shocked to find that there was no TV, Wifi or mobile phone access at this property. We did however enjoy the quietness of the place and loved watching and photographing birds from our back verandah. Ann was a great host and we enjoyed the complementary Devonshire tea and chocolates. The mattress...

We are Gen-Y and we are very reliant on our technology but what a surprise! Going basics and spending more time talking. The host was great! It was a stress-free break. Anne made us scones (yum!) and gave us a cheese platter with wine. The area was great! We saw wombats, rabbits and sheep.
