We were traveling up the coast of Maine and decided last minute to stay in Rockport. We stumbled across the Strawberry Hill Seaside Inn on TripAdviser. They had one room available and we decided to stop. We were so fortunate to find this place. The view was INCREDIBLE. We arrived 30 minutes before sunset. We immediately dropped our bags and...

I stopped here for a one night stay before having classes at the Maine Media Workshops...needless to say this place has done all and more to encourage me to return to the Rockport area, with or without a reason! The rooms were furnished beautifully-very coastal atmosphere! I stayed in Room 115 and the first thing I noticed was how much...

... I can't wait until I have another trip to this area. This was a wonderful place that I did not get to explore as much as I wanted to due the inclement weather. The location is awesome. The grounds (appeared to be) were lovely! The room was comfy and clean. Highly recommend!!!

This was a lovely room, well furnished. It was a good size with a balcony overlooking the lovely grounds, the beach and beyond. Pool looked lovely too. The balcony and views made this hotel very worth visiting. ..we were lucky to have an upstairs room. Coffee is provided at reception from seven but a coffee maker in the room would...

We were passing through Rockport with no plans during the height of fall foliage and were lucky enough to snag the last available room at this great place. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, and the view was spectacular. Staff were very friendly. We would definitely return for a future visit.

Quiet, beautiful view and gardens. Pool for summer. Decorated very well for Halloween which was fun! All rooms very nice ocean view. Downside is our room smelled like mildew and no breakfast. Nice bed.

Fantastic view of the bay! Beautifully maintained grounds! The building is far enough back from the busy road that it is very quiet. We had a very comfortable room with wi-fi and flat screenTV, and I really enjoyed the balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool, grounds and bay. What would have made it perfect is a small pastry...

We stayed at Strawberry Hill Sept. 22. The room was very nice, clean and had a beautiful view of Penobscot Bay. The only thing I might have wished was either a muffin or a croissant to go with the breakfast coffee or tea selections.

Great balcony king rooms. Loved watching the schooners under sail at the mouth of Glen Cove with the inn's binoculars. Very clean, friendly and well landscaped. Appreciated the excellent wi-Fi and large flat screen. Everything was excellent. Would stay here again and again. Loved the creative fall and Halloween decorations at the entry.

We stayed here for two days. Its clean, cute (the rooms have a nautical theme), and with a great location. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the deck looking out on the grounds and water, and the proximity to restaurants in Camden and Rockland. We would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in staying in the area.
