My husband and I had a quick trip to the Portland area and decided to stay here. It was nothing short of amazing. The bed was more comfortable than home and the breakfast was great. It was a nice change if pace from the typical hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Portland area.

My husband Brian and I have been to Portland many times. Usually we stay on the waterfront in Old Port. This time we decided to stay in a different section of the city. We are so glad that we did! We loved the Morrill Mansion. Dave the innkeeper is very knowledgeable about the area, and he suggested that we walk...

If you want a beautiful, relaxing and romantic getaway, this is your place! The decor, the innkeeper, the room, the food-everything is perfect. My husband and I stayed one night and couldn't resist staying for another night! The food is homemade, different every day and delicious. There are homemade sweets, snacks and beverages 24/7. There are even a great selection...

My husband and I stayed for two nights and really appreciated the attention to detail at this lovely B & B. The proprietor has thought of everything including wonderful breakfasts, fresh snacks, fine linens, one page handouts of recommended restaurants and directions to nearby attractions, easy parking, included wifi and local calls. While the Morrill Mansion is located about a...

This was my first B&B and it set up the bar pretty high ! First off, the room we got was very nice. The bed was comfortable and HUGE and the bathroom was very clean (!!). And the other reviewers were not kidding about how soft and clean those towels are ! Ah. Rooms came with mini fridge, free wifi,...

My husband and I only stayed for one night in this B&B and we will return. We had the suite on the main floor and it was spacious with a private small sitting room attached, Loved the touches like the small fridge, water, chocolates, coffee and tea - and the "mansion made" peanut butter fudge! There were also at least...

We loved our stay at morrill mansion. When we checked in, David, the innkeeper, upgraded us to a suite for free, and the room was full of awesome amenities, like a wine fringe and hot tub with jets. Everyday David prepared and left out delicious treats, a chocolate and cream sandwich the first day and brownies the second. Also, David...

We stayed here for one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. We were greeted by David who had plenty of time to chat with his guests and made us feel welcome. We stayed in the Burnham Room and we could not have been more comfortable. Like everyone else has said the towels are to die for, fluffy...

We stayed in a room on the ground floor, the room was very nice and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was rather small but modern and nice. What I really appreciated about this place is how clean and fresh everything was, this is so important to me. Good quality towels and linens, and nice touches. We have stayed at other places...

My wife & I stayed for 4 nights. Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious & tastefully decorated. (no teddy bears...) Bathroom was fully up-to-date. I did not know such fluffy towels existed. (now I want new towels at home...) The room was stocked with all the essentials: hair dryer, iron, q-tips & a few extras: snacks, corkscrew etc. Breakfast...
