stayed at the old rectory Framingham Earl one night whilst attending the Rod Stewart concert at Carrow Road Sue and Bruce were lovely hosts the house and grounds are beautiful very clean breakfast excellent Convenient for visiting Norwich and surrounding areas the actual village has a great public house called the Oak with good food Well done Sue and Bruce...

Stayed in this beautiful home with other friends who has booked in same B&B to attend a friends party in the village. Friends confused with other b&b slso called the old rectory which is in Framington Pigot. Very cosy and beautiful home & our friends were also impressions said it was posh too. Very pretty grounds. Was dark on arrival....

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a peaceful and relaxing location. A nice room in a beautifully kept house set in amazing gardens. Sue and Bruce offered a warm welcome and the quality of the breakfast was exceptional. I can highly recommend this place.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding at Brasteds down the road. The twin room was lovely. Nice soft beds, lovely view, tea and coffee sachets with a kettle. Lots of wardrobe space. THis was one of our best B & B experiences. Sue and Bruce were very welcoming and helpful. THe house is spacious, immaculately clean and well set up. The room was warm and light, plenty of private lounge space downstairs with lovely fire. Excellent breakfast. Sue went out of her way to help us to find somewhere local to eat....
