First of all, the people working at the desk and the woman in charge of activities were so welcoming and pleasant to deal with. They started our stay off very nicely. We were given a room on the first floor with one floor above us....More

Thank you for your review. Sorry that you found some of our furniture uncomfortable. Unfortunately finding furniture that holds up well with a lot of use sometimes sacrifices a degree of the comfort. I will definitely pass the comment on to our GM, however. We...More

Excellent whirlpool tub in every room. New king beds that are quite comfortable. Kitchen is limited by town ordnances but well enough equipped to prepare simple meals. Living room furniture is adequate. Within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants, many others are a...More

dcfans6- Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you were able to relax during your visit. (A whirlpool can certainly help with that!) We hope you enjoyed some of the great restaurants that are open this time of year, too. And glad too,...More

The main attraction of The Falls at Ogunquit is the jacuzzi tub in each of the rooms, which is the only reason why we choose to spend our weekend getaways here. We like our privacy and we like to relax in the hot tub, however,...More

Amber- Thank you for your review. We certainly apologize for the condition of the dishware. I hope you called the Front Desk to let them know. Housekeeping does have guidelines and checks for cleanliness...but in this case a step must have been missed...and should have...More

We had a great visit to the falls. Ogunquit in the off season is really relaxing and uncrowded, yet most of the businesses and activities are still open. Local restaurants and bars were great. Hotel staff was super friendly. Everyone we encountered went out of...More

Went to quaint Ogunquit, ME just before Christmas and had a very nice time. Ogunquit is a great starting point to visit the rest of southern Maine and NH. (Portland, York, Wells, Portsmouth, NH and Newburyport, MA.) Visiting in the off-season made for easy traveling....More

JEM02882 - Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed Ogunquit...and see that you appreciated the off season advantages! The kitchen size...or I should say facilities are mandated by the town...so the resort is not allowed to offer full kitchens or stoves....More

We are located on Rte. 1 and next to at least one restaurant, but honestly I do think you would need a car. First of all it can be pretty cold...and we get snow...which can make walking along roadways difficult. Ogunquit has... More

You have to cross Rte. one and walk less than a 1/4 mile down the road. We have a shuttle in the summer.

There is a guest laundry on the premises...not in the unit. all units have small kitchen areas with refrigerators, microwaves, dishes, coffee makers etc. They are not allowed to have stoves.
