We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days at the Rockmere Lodge in Ogunquit. I've stayed in Ogunquit several times and no stay was as nice as this one. The Rockmere Lodge is in a great location just steps from the marginal way. Andy, Bob & Doug are fantastic hosts. The breakfasts on the porch are the best way you...

I highly recommend staying at the Rockmere Lodge. We chose a room on the top floor called the Victoria-Ruth. Along with the ocean view and wonderful sunrises came a comfortable couch, a big bathroom, and a mini-fridge. Andy, Bob, and Doug were great company at breakfast. Take their advice for dinner.

Had a very lovely weekend stay at Rockmere Lodge. The full breakfast prepared each morning by Doug was terrific.... Andy was a delightfully entertaining "server"... both Andy & Doug made us feel welcome and completely "at home" in their beautiful coastal home! Very beautiful gardens / landscape... we LOVED watching (and listening to) the various birds, chipmunks, & squirrels (Oh...

I just returned from a stay at the Rockmere Lodge in Ogunquit and had the most wonderful weekend. The rooms were each uniquely charming and most have beautiful ocean views. Rockmere was just a short ocean-side walk along the Marginal Way from the main strip of Shore Rd, the beach and Perkins Cove. The innkeepers (Bob, Doug and Andy) were...

We only have accolades , for the proprietors, the scenery, the location, and the venue. We were welcomed warmly, and I must admit, the very FEW negative comments gave me concern. Those concerns vanished within minutes. The stately home is decorated with eclectic touches throughout . Our beautiful room had views of the ocean , a window seat, gorgeous scenes...

You missed it, TripAdvisor, the abnormally high number of over-the-top reviews which buried 12 horror stories deep in the list. We were excited to be staying at what we thought was the best B&B in Ogunquit, and the owner said we had the best room. We arrived at the Rockmere and circled it twice, seeing no lights, vehicles or obvious...

Again nothing but hurtful untruth trying to tarnish our Inn and us. Too bad we have to defend ourself from time to time. Been doing it for eighteen years and have met some of the BEST GUESTS over that period . Lets all try to find good and love one another . Peace

My wife and I usually go to Rockmere every year as our anual pilgramage to the sea. Despite the fact that the weather was not very nice, we still enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed the company of Andy and Doug....especially Doug's great breakfasts! What can we say, the lodge is quiey and charming.

Arrived at B&B to a very welcoming climate. The gardens and location on the Marginal Way in Maine are spectacular. Breakfast served daily was exceptional with a lot of personal touches in the presentation of meal. Innkeeper even provided some secrets to the recipes. The main feature is Location Location Location!
