We stayed here for 2 nights during the fall season. The hosts were very friendly and even carried our bags up the stairway. This B&B has beautiful rooms and separate baths. The entire downstairs serves as a great room/dining area. Breakfasts were very good and included in the price. The location is very convenient to the southern lakes region of... More

I had the opportunity to stay at the Lakeview Inn for work at a local school. There were twelve of us in the group and we were all so pleased at the accommodations. The innkeepers Patty and Mike were extremely accommodating especially since we needed ample work space until late in the evening. Each morning we awoke to an amazing... More

Driving around New England in the fall my wife and I stayed overnight at the Lakeview Inn. Naples was seemingly closed for the winter but we were warmly welcomed by our charming host. This Inn is certainly not in the luxury bracket but the room was quaint, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was very central and opposite the... More

The room was quaint, but neat, clean and inviting. The staff was very welcoming and made the stay very lovely. The great roof was cozy and offered home like feel with the couches, music, and fireplace.

Our room didn't look anything like the pictures on their website - it was small and stuffy, with the sink in the bedroom. And we had to share it with spiders... The shower was so small, I don't understand how larger guests can even get in there (and we had another spider there too). It's unbelievable I had to pay... More

We are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, we knew nothing of your dissatisfaction until we saw this review. We certainly would have appreciated the opportunity to address your complaints before publishing such a poor rating here and on the online reservation website where you booked the room with us for Sat. Oct. 1st. If you would... More

Patty and Mike made us so welcome during the four wonderful nights we spent here. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts every morning, sometimes taken on the veranda. The rooms were beautifully decorated and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend it.

My husband and I had the most relaxing three days at the Lakeview Inn. We were visiting family and needed a place of our own for a few days. Although the view of the lake is limited to the front porch and a few of the rooms, it did not matter. The Inn is quaint and cozy and the owners... More

We stayed here while attending a family wedding nearby. What a charming place with very friendly and helpful owners. They are so accommodating. Breakfast is amazing and the coffee is ready early in the morning. We had such fun visiting with the other guests on the porch. Such a friendly environment. Just a word of caution ( not criticism) the... More

Yes, all -- clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds, fantastic breakfast, great location, friendly service, and a big porch with rocking chairs. We truly enjoyed our short stay here and vowed to return. Without question, it is the place to stay in this lake region. In particular, we found the breakfast to be among the best of all the various... More

Wow! Our goal is to make all of our guests as pleased with their stay as you were. Thanks so much for your review. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed our breakfasts - by the end of the summer I have eaten enough left over breakfast food for lunch and dinner that my taste buds are shot so... More

Stayed here for 2 nights to visit our granddaughters at summer camp on Lake Sebago. Perfect location. Previously stayed in Portland and took 45 minutes with traffic to get here. Now only 15 minutes from camp. This B&B is well-maintained by the owners and has a family-friendly feel to it. Hosts were very welcoming and explained everything we needed to... More

Thanks for the recommendation - we too feel that Naples is a great location for guests visiting the summer camps - more time to spend with the family and less time commuting. I know the 4th floor rooms do require a little more effort but think that the larger rooms and the view from the top is worth it. Please... More
