What a great weekend getaway. A beautiful location in Lee Maine very close to Lincoln. Well worth the drive from Bangor. The cabin was very clean, charming and comfortable. Everything was supplied which made cooking fun. The host Nancy and Keith were very charming and friendly. We will certainly plan another trip soon.

A nice campground in lincoln, ME. Super clean and nice bathroom/shower facilities. Mellow campground with a quiet location. I was riding my bicycle cross country and stayed here in August. All I really rate on is a nice place to put my tent, and clean facilities to use. Private bathrooms have shower and toilets in same room. Really nice and...

Hello; Thank you so much for the kind review. I hope you had a enjoyable ride to Bangor. I am also always in awe of the stars, I feel lucky that we can often sit on our porch and enjoy the tranquility they spread. Be safe on your next cross country adventure next year and if you are ever in...

The park is well kept and clean with spacious bathrooms available that are always clean. Always peaceful and quiet while I was there for 10 days. And the owners are helpful anytime I asked. It is close to town but feels like way out in the country. The rural trails connect to the campground but almost no traffic from them...

Keith and Nancy treat you like real family. This campground is exceptionally clean, accommodating and typical of Maine hospitality. Go out of your way to stay here! It's close to Silver Lake and Lincoln lakes and very peaceful. Thanks for making our one night there memorable. We will be back! Gary & Marie

Sleeping Bear Campground in Lee, Maine is an outstanding place to stay. My sister and I, and our young families, stayed together in the Angler cabin for a weekend this summer. We wanted for literally nothing--the cabin is beautifully built, and very well-appointed (right down to kitchenware, games, TV, outdoor porch with comfortable chairs, etc.). It was squeaky-clean when we...

We were passing through and needed a place to camp and locals mentioned this campground. We were very pleased with accommodations. Owners were very pleasant and accommodating - telling us about places we could paddle and only charging for one campsite - even though we had two vehicles. I was a little skeptical when i saw it was a campground...

What an outstanding campground! We are seasoned campers and this is the BEST private owned campground we have stayed in. The owners did a great job getting each site nestled in the woods, the bath house was fantastic, even decorated in the northwoods style. The owner showed us the cabin he had completed this year and it is a work...

We camped here at the last minute at a wilderness tent site. Very nice, with clean bathrooms and free hot showers, In the morning hot coffee, tea and cocoa were free as well. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Most of all the owners were welcoming! They allowed us to peek at their 2 cabins that are available for...

We called the weekend before the campground opened for the season (later than usual because of construction) to see if there might be a spot. And sure enough they made room for us with our tent. We had fine time -- despite rain. The hosts were great and the one other visitor couple was fun company. The place is clean...
