The inn is very nice with a lovely porch and indoor "living room" type seating area. Across from the ocean so the more pricey rooms have a water view. Our room was nice and clean, but very small as was the bathroom. The breakfast was also nice, with the expected eggs, sausage, assorted breads and very small selection of fruit....

Booked the Beach House four months ago for an October leisure stay on Booking.com . As we were driving up to Maine we called to confirm our stay and dealt with a reception desk that couldn't locate our booking. After 25 minutes she located our three day booking and had their "Kennebunkport reservation manager " attempt to bait and switch...

My wife, me and our 20-month old son had a great stay at the B&B. The hospitality for the breakfast and snacks was a perfect touch when you are briefly on the property since there is much to see in Kinnebunkport. It is directly across the street from a rock beach, and in between two sand beaches. I highly recommend...

What a wonderful stay! The staff at the inn were so kind and accommodating. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do for their guest. The room was spacious with a wonderful view of the Atlantic. The breakfast was great. The lobby area was so nice. I liked sitting there in the evening and having a cup of tea. Very easy walk...

We arrived in Kennebunkport at 9:00 PM and did not have reservations for a room. My husband randomly stumbled upon this Inn and what an amazing find it was. We stayed in room 404. The king sized bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It had a long window seat with an amazing view of...

Stayed two days at The Beach House. Excellent greeting from the reception and proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful with local restaurant. (Sadly, the nearest one is at least a 2 mile walk, so you will need to drive if you are hungry). Not only is the hotel in a perfect position along the sea front, the room (although,...

We visited as a group of friends and loved the hotel. All our rooms were lovely with views of the ocean and although it's a good 20 minute walk into Kennebunkport the rain during our stay didn't put us off. The afternoon cakes and coffee and evening cheese and port was a lovely touch and the continental breakfast was always...

The Beach House was easy to find. Its location in across the road from the ocean. The room was large and comfortable. Aside from the king size bed, there were two easy chairs, a dresser and wardrobe, and a small desk with chair. The bathroom was small but utilitarian. There is a small dining room adjacent to a small kitchen...

This place is such a gem, we absolutely loved it. The house is older but kept pristine. The rooms are on the small side but that is expected when you stay in historic hotels.
