This was our third stay at the Grand. Stayed in a Grand King on the 2nd floor facing HP Privisions. The room was perfect in all expectations. We did have to ask for bars of soap (an oversight on housekeeping). Also missing was welcome champagne which was offered to other guests later in the day. Upon departure there was no...

Joel L, We love our repeat guests and are thrilled you choose to stay with us each time you are in Kennebunkport. The Grand King rooms are certainly a guest favorite; with sit out balconies overlooking the town. I apologize the welcome champagne was not offered to you. The Front Desk has this ready around 1pm for check ins. If...

Lovely hotel in the heart of kennebunkport. Our room was lovely - double aspect, slightly small but well furnished. Coffee maker in room. Ideally situated near the restaurants, shops and bars. Room only, but plenty of places to go nearby for a breakfast.

My daughter, wife and I stayed at the Grand Hotel in Kennebunkport in June and we were greatly pleased with our experience. It was refreshingly clean, and check-in was easy. Though not large, the rooms were bright and airy. They included robes, extra pillows, mini-Keurigs, and get this – heated bathroom floors! Best, the staff was most welcoming and helpful,...

We stayed at The Grand in July 2015 and absolutely loved it. It was quaint and cozy with a wonderful balcony. The location is great and all the main shopping and restaurants of Kennebunkport were in easy walking distance. The rooms were attractive, clean and very comfortable.

Though The Grand still offers a great location and clean, attractive rooms, we found some special touches from our last visit were missing. Like the welcome whoopie pie in the room upon arrival and snacks in the "amenity closet". The granola bars would have been particularly welcome as they still do not offer breakfast as most Inns and hotels in...

I would have given The Grand a five if there was a fridge in our room and the parking was a little difficult. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were nice and clean and it's in a great location. We had a room that overlooked Main Street. We enjoyed gets snacks from the general store across the street and...

AM1979, Thank you for your review. Regrigerators in the rooms are one of our biggest requests. We are looking into this possibility for 2017.
